- Fast bowling is one of the three main approaches to bowling in the sport of cricket.Fast Bowlers are one of the most Important assets of a Tea In Cricket. Fast Bowlers should maintain there fitness as chances of there injuries are higher than others.
In this Video We are showing shoulder training for fast bowlers via normal and explosive way.In this Video we have shown Stretching, Strengthening , and explosive way of training exercise for fast bowlers shoulder to keep there shoulder away from injury and to maintain there fitness level .

I am a fast bowler so if I make biceps will it affect my bowling or speed negatively, should a fast bowler make biceps
I’m an Indian living in Australia and did Mitchell Johnson course for fast bowlers. On the course they taught us to do fast repetitions on any exercise you do, which will build fast twitch muscle fibres. And the weight to be used is different for everybody. If biceps are built while doing these exercises naturally no harm in it. But if you want to do exercises just to build biceps the exercises for those are different
