They made DK Mountain wide open and far easier than the Wii version with an added shortcut 😂, and the bridge as a proper fair punishment for being hit has now been removed and replaced with trick boost opportunities. Also I'm sure they're going to fix the glitch on Rainbow Road, but it kind of makes up for the removal of the gap jump. The skill gap has been drastically reduced throughout MK8 with the wider tracks, far easier to compensate for missed lines.
