i was outside fixing my car listening to music with my window open and this just kept playing for half an hour before i was fed up. although i love tame impala this was driving me crazy. why on earth would you create a monstrosity such as this video.
right below this song on my RUclips homepage is Immortal Unholy forces of Evil. i love both songs &the drummer who passed for Immortal, Erik "Grim" Brødreskift r.i.p, reminds me of a man i used to know who also passed some years after Erik&shared the same nickname, i have/had the feeling he never really liked/loved me. i loved him, some parts of your past you never really get over no matter how hard you try.*(i get the same feeling about my family&everyone who i've ever been in contact with too, unfortunately.)**(the majority of them, the feelings were mutual. Well that's not really true, because when it comes back to the "All I give are little clues" lyrics, the instrumental is noticeably different. There's added synths and stuff. I kinda wish it just went back to the exact same arrangement as the start of the song, then faded out.
I get what you are saying but maybe it was done like that so that we as a listener understand that as a storyline to he repeating but we as an outsider as aware of what's happening this time. Like how some time travel movies loop back to the beginning but the main character now knows everything and does one small thing differently that makes all the difference. What do you think?
