It's not really an Easter Egg.. but when Nate has the lemur on his shoulder, he tells Sully that he wonders if Elena will let him have one back home, and then Sully says that he'll buy him a dog instead. Nate then responds that if Sully does get him a dog, he'll call him ''Victor''. In the epilogue, Cassie's dog is named Vicky :)
In the Epilogue, I think you come across a poster/flier with Nate's and Elena's business and it said Lemur Company or something along those lines. I thought it was a nice touch
Playing that crash Bandicoot level, I realised that Naughty Dog implemented that same scene where u run towards the camera in all the other Uncharted games which is really cool.
+NyuuMikuru1 Well nice observation. I realised that not a lot of people know about this but I never had the time to create a reddit post about it or smth. so I just left it here and on some other channels so hopefully other people know :)
+FiendasticFella When I first saw it,it came to my mind in that tunnel escaping from the creatures in the first game with a shotgun running toward the camera then realized other series I played as well.
well they could make an appearance, but just not a playable character..I dont know..Im still hopeful there will be another..but also keep in mind there is the triple pack dlc coming out which will have stuff..so we could just get dlc missions/stories
+Tyler Peck I think the're gonna use the money they make from this to make the next Last Of Us, but that's just a guess on my end, it makes sense though.
you have to remember that they count anything that can POTENTIALLY be missed, while the lemur might be easy to find, it is still optional and can be skipped on accident.
Two Indiana Jones ones I found: When you first fight Nadine and she asks about the artifact if you choose "It's not yours" Nate will say "they're all stolen, they belong in a museum!" which of course Indy always said. Later when searching tombstones, dates don't match up. Nate says "Bad dates" and Sam chuckles. A reference to the scene where Indy almost eats a poison Date.
Finally someone who doesn't consider that Crash Bandicoot homage an Easter Egg. People forget that Easter Eggs are supposed to be something that can be missed and don't impact the story. If you need to do something or its unavoidably then it's not an Easter Egg.
+Mr Memez No it's not. Here's two definitions by Urban Dictionary - www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=easter%20egg Wikipedia - en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter_egg_(media)
+Mr Memez It's not an easter egg. Whole point of an easter egg is that it's supposed to be hidden, something that takes some effort to find or something to accidentally run into. The Bandicoot game is something you are forced into playing to advance the cutscene. Use your head dumb ass.
+Team sprint If an easter egg is a reference to something from another video game or something from another entertainment medium and that Crash Bandicoot scene is a REFERENCE, then that clearly means that it is an easter egg within the game. Point, blank, period.
There's another one you didn't mention in Cassie's room. The poster right next to The Last Of Us one is a poster for "Savage Starlight 2" The sequel to the cliffhanging comic that Ellie had been reading in The Last Of Us.
There's another Easter Egg in Multiplayer Mode. You have to look for Outfits for Sully. One is called "scientist". And then he looks like Walter White from Breaking Bad
There's an Easter egg in the mission, hidden in plain sight. The part where Drake and sully are being chased... The license plate on the back of the Jeep spells Elena. But it's upside down. The license plate says VN373. The only thing is that there's like a slash going through the V. But yeah, it's spells Elena if you flip it.
+Frankee Sinatree Although that is very true, I too took it as an Assassin's Creed reference since both Nathan Drake and Desmond Miles are voiced by the same guy (Nolan North). Could be just my thoughts though.
There's a hidden trophy called "I Can See My House From Here!" which you get when you climb the very top of the clock tower, and Nathan exclaims that when you get it. This is a throwback nod to Uncharted 2 in which early in the game you're climbing about the museum to steal a lamp with supposed ally Harry Flynn. When you reach a high rooftop, Flynn jokes he can see Nate's house from up there.
+Julian Davis it wouldn't be because that means he would be under 30. In uncharted 3 I'd say he's either mid or late 20s maybe even early 30s. Then it says 15 years later so he's in his 40s? So it wouldn't make sense (this isn't confirmed, just what I've put together)
+Defuzzler That's very true what you said and Nathan Drake in the epilogue of the game (if you haven't got up to there, sorry for the spoiler) looks like he is in his 50s (possibly around mid to late 50s to be more specific) as his hair as you can see has gotten a bit greyer. You should be able to find out Nathan's age too by judging that his daughter Cassidy is around 16-17 years old, so just take that off from around 54 or 55 years old and you should then get Nathan Drake's age in Uncharted 4 before the flash-forward (would you call it that?) Sorry, if this might not make sense I'm very sick still from a virus at the time of typing this comment.
You missed one. If you take an alternate route when you find the shoreline trucks in chapter 10 you can find a well and Sam says: well well well then Nate says: hey sully he stole your joke
I guarantee they will make more Uncharted games. But I don't think we'll see Nathan Drake, and I don't think naughty dog will have anything to do with it.
I'm not a guy to replay a game right after completing it, but for Naughty Dog to add the feature of changing the look of Nathan (even the older version of him in the epilogue) and different render modes to choose from, I think I'll be in my seat for the next few days.
Sucks that uncharted is over but it was the best gaming stories I have ever had the pleasure of playing through. Amazing jokes, amazing storylines, amazing everything.
If I noticed the Guybrush Threepwood reference when I was playing, I would've nerded the heck out...possibly the best Easter egg I've seen in a game ever tbh
+"Once There Was An Ugly Barnacle, He Was SO Ugly That Everyone Died, the end" -Patrick Pinhead Star I wouldn't call that a reference, it's just a similarity. There are a lot of similarities in Uncharted 4 to the previous games but so do the previous games have similarities to each other, for example in all 2,3 and 4 there is a "jumping from truck to truck" scene. That's almost like saying that Drake climbing on a breaking structure is a reference
+Nez You don't really get it. In the beginning how the boats just slowly stop by your boat for people to shoot at you feels very un-natural on its own. I think you would get it if you played both games recently.
there was another easter egg that isn't super cool, but is easily missed and that is in the chapter where you go with Sam to the house to steal their moms stuff back from the guy they talk about in the beginning of the game, in the mansion there is a pill bottle with the pharmacy name "Weston's" now in maughtydogs Last of Us dlc for the girl inside the mall is a pharmacy shop named Weston's. I only noticed becuase it is my last name haha
This was the very first game I've have played on the PlayStation 4, December 2017, coming from the PS3, I was absolutely amazed by the visuals, to this day I haven't seen a more visually impressive game yet. Unforgettable experience.
At the end in the dual between Nate and Rafe, when Rafe asks if Nate knows how to swordfight, he replies with "Stick em with the pointy end" which is a Game of Thrones refrence :)
***Also pretty awesome...The Shoreline truck that tries to run you over is an exact parallel to the rolling bolder from Crash. The resurgence of a classic Playstation thrill ride. Very well done.***
In Scotland, when checking tombstones, Nate makes the comment that while one of them has everything they’re looking for, it has “Bad Dates”. After the comment, Sam can immediately be heard chuckling but says nothing to explain why. Apparently he is the ONLY OTHER PERSON WHO HAS SEEN RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARC. That my friends, is the single most overlooked Easter egg of Uncharted 4 paying, homage to character that inspired it all. Indiana Jones.
In Chapter 12 inside the sunken ship, there is a skeleton with coral growing out of his face. This is most likely a reference to a Clicker from The Last of Us.
idk if this is a true easter egg or not, when Nate open a door that lead to a cliff, he said "watch that first step" which Sam replay "it's a doozy" Groundhog Days reference? Sully also give a comment about Beautiful Mind while Sam talks about Treasure Island
There is an Indiana Jones easter egg:1)when you explore the attic, you will find the hat or '' Fedora'' near one of the walls.2)During the first fight with Nadine at the Rossi estate, you have a dialogue with multiple choices,if you choose the second option Nate will say:They belong in a museum. In reference to Indiana Jones and the last crusade. And by the way, both Indie and Nate said this about a crucifix
Just finished playing this on the 5 and it was incredible. I’ve beaten it a couple times and for me it’s just one of those games that are good to come back to and don’t really get old.
I actually played the PS4 version, without realising there was a PS5 edition. I might just buy that one for the sake of experiencing it like I should. The pirates stories are really incredibly well thought out. The berayal of all of them while being in their 'pirate paradise' is close to heartbreaking.
LOVED the Monkey Island references (not that I noticed them before this video). It's kinda funny too that Guybrush's wife is named Elaine, while Nate's wife is named Elena.
In the cemetery one of the headstones that Nate checks has the wrong dates. Nate then says, "Bad dates," which sounds an awful lot like Sallah's line from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Funnily enough with the Guybrush easter egg, when playing the thieves of Libertalia level, you can see his name plaque under his painting starting with "Guy" but the rest is crossed out. Pretty cool.
Man you guys are the first that actually do not include the crash "Easter Egg" since yea its unavoidable. Great job on this video! Also anyone watching this video before finishing the game are just plain out dumb thinking there wont be spoilers.
There's also a Lion King reference, in Chapter 10, I don't know exactly where, but its near to the "second" fight against the Shoreline soldiers (the one that Sully warns us about the smoke). There you can see some kind of rock formation that looks EXACTLY like Pride Rock
As an add on to number on this list, there is also a savage starlight 2 poster on Cassie's wall. For those that have played the last of us, savage starlight was the comic series that Ellie went bonkers over through out your playthrough.
Just replayed this series, grew up on it. God I’m sitting here wondering why they didn’t make an uncharted 5 with Nathan and Elanas child, but hey, maybe it would have been overkill which makes this game series that much better making it an og classic i love it
don't know if this counts but, in chapter 6, towards the end when Nate fights Nadine, there's an optional dialogue option to say "Did you know all the artifacts here are stolen? They belong in a Museum" nice clever nod to Indiana Jones that easily missable since the prompt for it is labeled as "It's not yours"
The Indiana Jones reference when they were looking for Avery's head stone. Nate says "Bad Dates" at one of the tombstones, which is what Sallah says in Raiders of the Lost Ark when that one henchman tries to poison Indy with dates and the monkey ends up eating them and dying.
I feel like the DLC might take place in Brazil, with Sam and Sully (just a theory, of course). Throughout the game, it's mentioned at least twice. First, when Sam and Sully talk while you leave the car in Madagascar: Sully talks about a woman that he hasn't seen in a while and that left for Brazil. And second, when Nate and Sam are young and Nate spins the globe, Brazil ends up being the final "random" country when he puts down his finger, to which they exchange a short conversation. I dunno, it's a thought
SPOILERS Yeah and also at the end of the game Sully and Sam are talking about a job and Sully asks Sam if he knows anybody that speaks Portuguese so yeah I'm 100% the DLC will be in Brazil and that you'll play as Sam accompanied by Sully
Really, lol. I'm sure they just changed that because the question would sound redundant if they'd been speaking Portuguese throughout the whole game. It's funny they say French though, since they are already in a French-speaking country (Madagascar)
the one I found hilarious was when he was fighting Nadine one of the smart dialogues you can say is," Every artifact is stolen. They belong in a museum." which is a tribute to what Indiana Jones would say in the Last Crusade
I'm surprised he didn't do the 2 Indiana Jones easter eggs in the game. The first one is the most obvious and it's a fedora which is hanging in the attic of Nate's house. The second one is in the Scotland level in the graveyard. If you pick a tombstone with the wrong dates on it but the right swords Nathan will say "Bad Dates" and Sam will laugh this line of course is from Raiders of the Lost Ark. I also felt the lemur was an Indy easter egg since in Raiders, Marion has a monkey that hangs on her shoulder for a little bit before jumping off and running away.
+Malcolm Reynolds I loved the Bad Dates comment. It flashed me right back to the movie. I thought it was a nice nod to a huge influence on this universe. I missed the fedora though. Nice pick up.
The fedora is not from Uncharted 2. I just beat Uncharted 2 again last night and at no point does he give you a fedora (unless it's a secret area i'm missing and I've walked the entire village and listened to every convo Nate has with the Nepalese). The only hat it could possibly be would be Tenzin's hat but unlike the other items in the attic he never gives Nate his hat. He gives Nate the jacket but not the hat. Sorry bro but you're wrong.
one easter egg you missed was the Native American statue thats bent on one knee, aiming his bow and arrow in the sky. it's found on a table in the old explorer ladies home when Sam and drake are snooping around in the room with the samurai armor. it's the statue that's found In The Last Of Us where you play as ellie in the mall.
I think I'm the first one to say this (idk) but has anyone notice in The last of us tommy's blue jean jacket? It's exactly like the one sam is wearing. Check it out I'm not lying.
You missed The Lion King's Pride Rock in Madagascar. Heck even my 9 year old niece was able to identify the rock formation in the mountains of Madagascar.
the strange relic from jak and daxter appears in the other uncharted games too. only theres no strange pendant or strane fruit, still u got a separate trophy for finding it. Also the other games (remastered on the nathan drake collection, dont know about the originals) also have filters, but only 3: black and white, sepia tint and next gen filter.
Don't know if this qualifies as an easter egg or not but here goes. When Nate's up in his attic, if you look around there's a box with a sticky note on it that says "Send to Marisa". Marisa being Nate's partner in the portable Uncharted:Golden Abyss.
Near the end of the game, the part leading up to where you're running out of the cave and Elena falls & Nate thinks she's hurt, the part where you're running toward the camera, is almost the same layout as the Crash Bandicoot level you play in Chapter 4.
With the money I saved over these past months I could have bought a ps4 along with uncharted 4. But I went ahead and upgraded my pc instead. My only regret is that I won't be playing this game for a very very long time.
I've done the one with the lemur and a secret trophy. While taking a photo of a symbol with Sully, aim the phone at him, And take a photo of him. So proud of myself for that one 😂❤
Also in Madagascar, "VN373" can be seen on the Jeep's licence plate, which when turned upside-down looks like "ELENA". There's also a fish symbol and the letter "R" on top of that, which is for her Elena's last name (Fisher).
I so loved seeing those strange relics, if ever there's an uncharted 5 (there won't be, that was the best ending ever, it was a true happy ending), then cassie should be looking at nates old treasures and notice the precursor orbs and ask nate about them, thus leading to some awesome adventure
I noticed that too!
In the Epilogue, I think you come across a poster/flier with Nate's and Elena's business and it said Lemur Company or something along those lines. I thought it was a nice touch
Ravi S I'm pretty sure their company is called D&F Fortunes (A nice nod towards Uncharted 1)
I,remember that convo but must've missed the dogs name that's cool
cuz the dog they got ended up being a girl, aaaanddddd Cassie is named after Nate and Sam's mother (Cassie's grandmother) Cassandra pretty dope lol
Playing that crash Bandicoot level, I realised that Naughty Dog implemented that same scene where u run towards the camera in all the other Uncharted games which is really cool.
+FiendasticFella Great insight
I said that in other Pewdiepie's channel.
+NyuuMikuru1 Exactly me too! :D
Uncharted 4 for me was a masterpiece.
8 out of 10 on metacritic by users lmao
+Frank Castle Because xbox fanboys are giving it 0's.
+Frank Castle 10 out of 10 by GameStop and numerous other rating boards :)
+Frank Castle lmao only idiots trust user scores on a console exclusive :)
for example halo 5 has 6.5 on metacritic lmao
+ЅlσшτнεΔгκ Same here
So Naughty Dog made a Trophy out of a glitch that accidentally happened on E3? Man you gotta love ND after this!
They're amazing for that now I gotta go back to that level.
+Martin Kadlec Really cool trophies this time around for Uncharted.
wasnt a glitch
TheVideo Commenter So it was controller issue?
yes, couldnt say it before because i was at school sorry
i cried at the end of this game i wish this wasnt the last one
+Jam - there will be another one..with the daughter..after the money pours in from this amazing game..Naughty Dogs will make another game!! trust me!!
Tyler Peck yeah but without drake and elena it wont be the same
well they could make an appearance, but just not a playable character..I dont know..Im still hopeful there will be another..but also keep in mind there is the triple pack dlc coming out which will have stuff..so we could just get dlc missions/stories
+Tyler Peck man i dont want to hear nathans voice in a phone telling cassie to be careful or see him only at the beginning or end of the game....
+Tyler Peck I think the're gonna use the money they make from this to make the next Last Of Us, but that's just a guess on my end, it makes sense though.
I just did the "don't feed the animals" without ever noticing that it was an Easter egg
Same
Yup, same here, I think that most of people did this without knowing it is a trophy.
I dont think it should count as an easter egg just like making different numbers for each strange treasure
Same
you have to remember that they count anything that can POTENTIALLY be missed, while the lemur might be easy to find, it is still optional and can be skipped on accident.
The true secret in this game is how does Nathan keep his hair so perfect.
+William Cooper How does the grappling hook and rope slither back onto nate's belt?
+Bane Of Kahns true
CrazyJoe2003 OH MAH LAWD
William Cooper super glue
William Cooper ikr!! Maybe super gel?

Later when searching tombstones, dates don't match up. Nate says "Bad dates" and Sam chuckles. A reference to the scene where Indy almost eats a poison Date.
Nice!
inside when searching the house in the flashback you can find a hat simillair to indi's
When I was playing uncharted 4 I heard one of the characters say bad dates and I immediately could tell the Indiana jones reference
I thought I was the only person who noticed the Bad Dates reference haha but I'm surprised I didn't even notice the "They belong in a Museum" one
Theres also one in the mansion where they reference a ming dynasty pot that might be fake. A nod to Last Crusade
"Why is this Boulder chasing me? I have done nothing to this Boulder!!"
Finally someone who doesn't consider that Crash Bandicoot homage an Easter Egg. People forget that Easter Eggs are supposed to be something that can be missed and don't impact the story. If you need to do something or its unavoidably then it's not an Easter Egg.
+Jose Martinez It's an easter egg.
+Mr Memez not really
+Mr Memez
No it's not. Here's two definitions by
Urban Dictionary - www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=easter%20egg
Wikipedia - en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter_egg_(media)
+Jose Martinez YES, you defined it perfectly, and I don't care what any dictionary tells me either
+Mr Memez It's not an easter egg. Whole point of an easter egg is that it's supposed to be hidden, something that takes some effort to find or something to accidentally run into. The Bandicoot game is something you are forced into playing to advance the cutscene. Use your head dumb ass.

+RedCell114 i personally only consider something an easter egg if its hidden in the game and not part of the game
Even though it is....
+Amir Didovic it isnt lol
+Team sprint If an easter egg is a reference to something from another video game or something from another entertainment medium and that Crash Bandicoot scene is a REFERENCE, then that clearly means that it is an easter egg within the game. Point, blank, period.
+Hype_Time_Gameplay That's exactly what I consider to be an easter egg, where you have to find it yourself
There's another one you didn't mention in Cassie's room. The poster right next to The Last Of Us one is a poster for "Savage Starlight 2" The sequel to the cliffhanging comic that Ellie had been reading in The Last Of Us.
Good one mate.
Yaeven I was seriously looking for a Savage Starlight reference the entire game and I finally found it xD
There's another Easter Egg in Multiplayer Mode. You have to look for Outfits for Sully. One is called "scientist". And then he looks like Walter White from Breaking Bad
Nathan, lets cook
There's an Easter egg in the mission, hidden in plain sight. The part where Drake and sully are being chased... The license plate on the back of the Jeep spells Elena. But it's upside down. The license plate says VN373. The only thing is that there's like a slash going through the V. But yeah, it's spells Elena if you flip it.
nice one pal!
bruh good job men
That's actually a great catch! I think that there's a slash through the V to make an upside down A
Javier Camacho there’s also a fish + er which makes elena fisher lol
Thief Vision. Obvious nod to Assassin's Creed's Eagle Vision
I was thinking of Batman Arkham Catwoman thief mode.
enriquepowers Blue for allies, red for enemies, grey for everything else. Definitely Assassin's Creed.
XD there like 8554839 games that have that mode, it could be any
+Frankee Sinatree Although that is very true, I too took it as an Assassin's Creed reference since both Nathan Drake and Desmond Miles are voiced by the same guy (Nolan North). Could be just my thoughts though.
Or Batman's detective vision
*Video says that I need to finish the game before seeing the list
Me: I'll be back... (after I get a ps4...)
Same Here buddy :p
xD
lollolo..... same😢.
sniff I feel you brother
Same here
There's a hidden trophy called "I Can See My House From Here!" which you get when you climb the very top of the clock tower, and Nathan exclaims that when you get it. This is a throwback nod to Uncharted 2 in which early in the game you're climbing about the museum to steal a lamp with supposed ally Harry Flynn. When you reach a high rooftop, Flynn jokes he can see Nate's house from up there.
And in the epilogue if you go to the car the licencense plate has ND1984 or Naughty Dog wich i think was founded 1984
+RedPanda1512 and yes it is
+RedPanda1512 Or perhaps it's Nathan Drake's birth-year?
+Julian Davis it wouldn't be because that means he would be under 30. In uncharted 3 I'd say he's either mid or late 20s maybe even early 30s. Then it says 15 years later so he's in his 40s? So it wouldn't make sense (this isn't confirmed, just what I've put together)

+Jonathan Richards I thought she was like 12 lol
You missed one. If you take an alternate route when you find the shoreline trucks in chapter 10 you can find a well and Sam says: well well well then Nate says: hey sully he stole your joke
Did that.
Not really an Easter Egg though...just some of the funny character dialogue.
Sean Damon II More like a reference.
After I finished Uncharted 4: ,,Just....One.....More.....Game.....Please *Lays Down and Cries*"
I guarantee they will make more Uncharted games. But I don't think we'll see Nathan Drake, and I don't think naughty dog will have anything to do with it.
+SuperSaiyan3985 Sony isn't going to let their cash cow dry up. They'll give it to another studio to continue the franchise.
Jordan Lovelett You’re very right! Uncharted 5 is out with Chloe as the Main character
I'm not a guy to replay a game right after completing it, but for Naughty Dog to add the feature of changing the look of Nathan (even the older version of him in the epilogue) and different render modes to choose from, I think I'll be in my seat for the next few days.
I think it looks really cool Cel Shaded. I might replay the entire game like that.
Sucks that uncharted is over but it was the best gaming stories I have ever had the pleasure of playing through. Amazing jokes, amazing storylines, amazing everything.
plus "crushing mode" gonna be a whole new experience.
If I noticed the Guybrush Threepwood reference when I was playing, I would've nerded the heck out...possibly the best Easter egg I've seen in a game ever tbh
+Dafstervideos Yeah me too, I completed monkey island again because of it :D
+Ethan Wilby same!
Indiana Jones references. I heard "bad dates" and "it belongs in a museum"
+KeeperPlus more of a Harrison Ford reference in jeneral but lets not for get the classic "i gotta bad feeling on this one"
Also you see a hat that looks like Indy's in the attic when you're looking at all the past artifacts.
+KeeperPlus
I caught the "bad dates" too. :)
I heard the bad dates one too lol
"it belongs in a museum" Says Ezreal from League of Legends awell... l
In the beginning of the game with the boats appearing with people shooting at you is a reference to the first fight in uncharted drakes fortune.
Could be
+"Once There Was An Ugly Barnacle, He Was SO Ugly That Everyone Died, the end" -Patrick Pinhead Star I wouldn't call that a reference, it's just a similarity. There are a lot of similarities in Uncharted 4 to the previous games but so do the previous games have similarities to each other, for example in all 2,3 and 4 there is a "jumping from truck to truck" scene. This is legit the best game ever
not even close
I think it's as good as the last of us
Its up there...but not THE best
Exe Perviú whats the best?
Leo Bock ikr not a specific game is the best it’s personal preference, it’s up with the best games ever and the best for many
I get stuck with nostalgia when I see Crash Bandicoot references because Crash Bandicoot on play station is the first game I'm ever played.
out of all of the ps1 games, crash bandicoot warped had the best graphics tbh and that was my very first video game
The first game I ever played was Indiana Jones and the emperors tomb in 2004
This was the very first game I've have played on the PlayStation 4, December 2017, coming from the PS3, I was absolutely amazed by the visuals, to this day I haven't seen a more visually impressive game yet. Unforgettable experience.
Check out Ghost of Tsushima. It has amazing graphics & a great story.
At the end in the dual between Nate and Rafe, when Rafe asks if Nate knows how to swordfight, he replies with "Stick em with the pointy end" which is a Game of Thrones refrence :)
That Pirates of the Caribbean Easter egg, though.
+Jordan Holloman "Dead man tell no tales" right? WHY NOBODY BUT US TALKING ABOUT IT?! I'M FEELING VERY SPECIAL RIGHT NOW!! THANK YOU!
+vanitas ventus I was talking about the Will Turner gravestone, but thanks for telling me about the other one.
Jordan Holloman woah... I didn't know that. I guess I went overboard.
+vanitas ventus It's alright. just look it up, although hardly anyone is talking about the gravestone at all for some reason.
Yeah the tombstone
***Also pretty awesome...The Shoreline truck that tries to run you over is an exact parallel to the rolling bolder from Crash. The resurgence of a classic Playstation thrill ride. Very well done.***
may be the best game ever made.

I really love that one of Nate's lines is "when this is over I'm gonna get a dog" and in the epilogue at the end of the game he has a dog
Uncharted 4 is a masterpiece.
The Monkey Island easter eggs were pure gold. Well done ND, fans of those classic Lucas Arts adventures :)
They should of made Jack Sparrow as the unknown pirate. Would of been 10/10 IGN
Guybrush Threepwood!?! I'm so glad they put a monkey island easter egg in. Monkey island 1 was one of the first pc games I played.
idk if this is a true easter egg or not, when Nate open a door that lead to a cliff, he said "watch that first step" which Sam replay "it's a doozy"
Groundhog Days reference?
The last easter egg was a nice one. Really good stuff referencing other video games. I wondered who that was!
This game spoke to me on such a personal level. It's magnificent and grounded and moving and dammit, I cried.
uncharted 4
LOVED the Monkey Island references (not that I noticed them before this video). It's kinda funny too that Guybrush's wife is named Elaine, while Nate's wife is named Elena.
For the first time in my life I headed the spoiler warning, went and watched a 7 1/2 hour complete playthrough of the game. It was glorious.
Well me too
In the cemetery one of the headstones that Nate checks has the wrong dates. Nate then says, "Bad dates," which sounds an awful lot like Sallah's line from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
2020 and this is still a masterpiece. Can't wait for The Last of Us 2 !!!!
Funnily enough with the Guybrush easter egg, when playing the thieves of Libertalia level, you can see his name plaque under his painting starting with "Guy" but the rest is crossed out. Pretty cool.
Also, one of the chapter names was Lights Out (a level name from crash bandicoot)
Man you guys are the first that actually do not include the crash "Easter Egg" since yea its unavoidable. Great job on this video!
Also anyone watching this video before finishing the game are just plain out dumb thinking there wont be spoilers.
GLOOOORY TO ARSTOTZKA! GREAATEST COUNTRY! MOTHER PROUD!
Aand don't forget:
I'm sorry, you are being
DETAINED!
please wait here."
+kamj2003 nice little jacksepticeye reference
GLORY GREATEST COUNTRY!
+Noah Blythe hardly little
ARSTOTZKA GLORY GREATEST COUNTRY
GLORY TO ARSTOTZKA!!! GLORY GREATEST!!! JACKSEPTICEYE!!!
There's also a Lion King reference, in Chapter 10, I don't know exactly where, but its near to the "second" fight against the Shoreline soldiers (the one that Sully warns us about the smoke). There you can see some kind of rock formation that looks EXACTLY like Pride Rock
The Westons Pharmacy Easter Egg in The Brothers Drake chapter is still my favorite. I recognized it right away.
Thank you Gameranx for revealing the identity of the last pirate, it was driving me crazy
cop: you were speeding
me: sorry I was listening to nickelback
cop: never made it as a wise man
W
this comment reminds me of what I really am
As an add on to number on this list, there is also a savage starlight 2 poster on Cassie's wall. For those that have played the last of us, savage starlight was the comic series that Ellie went bonkers over through out your playthrough.
I like how the Marco Polo Easter egg shows up in Lost Legacy as well with Chloe
Just replayed this series, grew up on it. God I’m sitting here wondering why they didn’t make an uncharted 5 with Nathan and Elanas child, but hey, maybe it would have been overkill which makes this game series that much better making it an og classic i love it
Gameranx Civil War: Falcon vs Spidey
team falcon
Falcon team forever
spidey team
+FalconGamer58 //FG58 THIS IS FALCOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+skyrimbonehawk Falcor??? With 'R' ?
don't know if this counts but, in chapter 6, towards the end when Nate fights Nadine, there's an optional dialogue option to say "Did you know all the artifacts here are stolen? They belong in a Museum" nice clever nod to Indiana Jones that easily missable since the prompt for it is labeled as "It's not yours"
God damn this game is so good.
Worst game ever made.
+Ethan Bradberry So right
TheFallen I think you need a doctor
SPOILERS
Yeah and also at the end of the game Sully and Sam are talking about a job and Sully asks Sam if he knows anybody that speaks Portuguese so yeah I'm 100% the DLC will be in Brazil and that you'll play as Sam accompanied by Sully
+RADU SOCOL Goddamn, you're right. I'm now also a hundred it's Brazil
Wait, in the brazillian version of the game (I'm Brazillian) Sully asks to Sam if he knows how to speak french...
Really, lol. I'm sure they just changed that because the question would sound redundant if they'd been speaking Portuguese throughout the whole game. It's funny they say French though, since they are already in a French-speaking country (Madagascar)
Yeah, I know, i just thought it would be fun to say :v
the one I found hilarious was when he was fighting Nadine one of the smart dialogues you can say is," Every artifact is stolen.
There's an easter egg when doing the gravestone puzzle where Nate says "Bad dates". It's a reference to the line said in Raiders Of The Lost Arc.
Did you see you can also get a trophy if you take a picture of Sully when you are sending a pic to Sam in Chapter 11 :O LOL! SOOO FUNNY one...
one easter egg you missed was the Native American statue thats bent on one knee, aiming his bow and arrow in the sky. it's found on a table in the old explorer ladies home when Sam and drake are snooping around in the room with the samurai armor. it's the statue that's found In The Last Of Us where you play as ellie in the mall.
I was actually typing a comment about that on 7:42 the moment you said that.
And now I'm losing my mind...
you psychic, dude?
So much effort is put into Uncharted 4, I'm proud I have this game :)
I miss Jak n Daxter too
That cistern comment also references back to Uncharted 3. The central cistern in Ubar where the vessel containing the spirits of the Djinn was.
I think I'm the first one to say this (idk) but has anyone notice in The last of us tommy's blue jean jacket? It's exactly like the one sam is wearing. Check it out I'm not lying.
Final fight was amazing. They were LITERALLY fighting on The treasure. With $400 million worth of gold feet away
You missed The Lion King's Pride Rock in Madagascar. Heck even my 9 year old niece was able to identify the rock formation in the mountains of Madagascar.
So it was Pride Rock! I was like "this is some lion king shit" and the preceded to sing circle of life lol
+Margaret Mei Smith Yep. Their home is called pride rock. 😊
the strange relic from jak and daxter appears in the other uncharted games too. only theres no strange pendant or strane fruit, still u got a separate trophy for finding it. Also the other games (remastered on the nathan drake collection, dont know about the originals) also have filters, but only 3: black and white, sepia tint and next gen filter.
when nate says "that's the second biggest cistern I've ever seen" I think that's a reference to a cistern in the first Uncharted
The third Uncharted had a cistern too
the 3rd one
Don't know if this qualifies as an easter egg or not but here goes. When Nate's up in his attic, if you look around there's a box with a sticky note on it that says "Send to Marisa". Marisa being Nate's partner in the portable Uncharted:Golden Abyss.
Oh c'mon Marco Polo? Uncharted 2 this is backstory man! he found it!!
My only regret is that I won't be playing this game for a very very long time.
for your sake I hope horizon zero dawn and no man's sky is for pc
+Train Molester Not wise, not wise at all.
BukaKEK hey did you ever play it
@@ottoelg2748 lmao nope dont even remember saying this
BukaKEK lol
Honestly, I don't think the malfunction was that embarrassing. If anything, it proved that it was a live demo, which makes it all the more impressive.
still can't believe the Seahawks didn't run the ball... smh
I was hurting after that play call man.....
+CccArd Vcvversvv My god, this was HOW long ago? Either way, I'm still disappointed as well.
I've done the one with the lemur and a secret trophy. While taking a photo of a symbol with Sully, aim the phone at him, And take a photo of him. So proud of myself for that one 😂❤
How about the "Malaysian magic", lol, referencing the corruption there.
Hahaha...nice one XD
Also in Madagascar, "VN373" can be seen on the Jeep's licence plate, which when turned upside-down looks like "ELENA". There's also a fish symbol and the letter "R" on top of that, which is for her Elena's last name (Fisher).
Nolan North said Last of us 2 was in the works. This was almost a year ago. Dno if he was trolling or not haha
I got so giddy and happy when I caught the two Monkey Island Easter eggs while playing the game. Made me laugh out loud both times.
When you're waiting for Jacksepticeye to finish his play through
I so loved seeing those strange relics, if ever there's an uncharted 5 (there won't be, that was the best ending ever, it was a true happy ending), then cassie should be looking at nates old treasures and notice the precursor orbs and ask nate about them, thus leading to some awesome adventure
best game ever
Knowing I SOMEHOW missed the monkey island easter eggs and that I've played countless hours with Monkey Island, I feel so ashamed of myself...
i really wish that they make the last of us 2
+muhd ashraf abas word they should have gave up on these shitty games to work on that
+i got the sows Uncharted is way better
+i got the sows Uncharted overall is better then The Last Of Us
Yeah... I'm agreed that uncharted are better than last of us... But, peoples like that game too..
the last of us is better then the Uncharted imo
There is also the Jeep's plate : its says VN373 ("Elena" upside down) with a fish followed by an R ("Fisher").
You got to love Naughty Dog...
Very well done video! Treasure hunting is always my favorite part of the Uncharted games.
