I'm hoping GTA 6 really delivers. It's been over a decade since Rockstar delivered a single-player story for this franchise. The online stuff looks good, but it doesn't work conceptually for someone who wants to play and enjoy the game without overpowered players on the server destroying your experience. To all of the "get gud" people out there, I don't even want to have to play that mode I just want there to be more to do in the single player mode. How can a game that's spanned 3 console generations keep releasing without having some sort of story additions or DLC for single player.

@Alienisolationist This is so funny. I love how people on the internet tell you things about yourself they can't possibly know. So I'm a casual because I don't like playing online game? I literally have over 50 games of different types just in physical copies and another 10-15 digitally on my PS5. I've been playing these games for decades. People keep complaining about the gaming industry or games in general sucking nowadays and I genuinely disagree. I enjoy a number of games. I just think many of these online gaming experiences are soulless and meant for "casuals" to pick up and play and not truly delve into. But hey, you have your narrative and opinion...

@@jayfeev215 I don't like online games either I like story driven plots & I like some of what's on PS5. I like guns more then blades though so it has to be REALLY good for me to want that type of game. More into Terminator, Calisto, Resident Evil, looking forward to Silent Hill & Outlaws for 2024. Final Fantasy 7, Stellar Blade, Ragnorak those are cool for sword games. Have you invested in VR yet?
@Alienisolationist Haven't tried VR yet, although there is a really good VR shooter that has me interested coming out soon. I can't quite remember the name, though. I'm playing FF7 rebirth now, replaying FF16 (I love that game). I haven't started Stellar Blade yet, but I have it. I have Dragon's Dogma and Prince of Persia but haven't gotten to those yet either. I wish there was a ge that oddly combined gunplay, hand to hand fighting, edge weapons, and magic use. That's probably too many dueling gaming mechanics, though.
I've been putting off getting a gaming PC for a while. There are always so many interesting games on PC that I never get to try.
I'm waiting for Lost Soul Aside, I'm so tired of seeing trailers and gameplay vids...give me the game already, please. I also like what I see from Where Winds Meet, Project M, and Grasses of Genesis, and I'm interested in seeing what Capcom has planned for RE 9. I think I'm going to give the new Castlevania a try whenever it releases.
I'm a huge sports fan, so I do play NBA 2K, but again, I don't play online, and I don't purchase any additional contact. I can't bring myself to play any of the other sports games, though. They are really bad games to me. I'm looking forward to Ghost of Tsushima 2, very intrigued by Rise of Hydra, hoping SW: Outlaws hits the mark, cautiously optimistic for AC: Red and I can't wait to start seeing some in game footage for the MGS - Snake Eater remake.
