Unfortunately the mentor.com isn't available anymore as this company is accquired by Siemens and looks like they are not offering this tool yet again on their EDA tools web!
I don't think so anyone can send you the setup as I have shown in the video that the development company used to send an email containing your academic license. Probably they haven't been offering the free version for a time being because of merger happens. Not sure if it is available now but you can give it a try. Thanks!
