    Americans love to try to take shortcuts when it comes to losing large amounts of weight.
    They rely on weight loss pills, rather than trying to put in the hard work in the gym & kitchen with their nutrition & trainining regimen.
    Why would you be willing to sacrifice your precious & hard earned muscle tissue for weight loss. Instead of aimimg for pure weight loss, try to eat in a small calorie deficit each day while training yoir butt off in the gym to build muscle.
    The goal should be to build muscle as you lose body fat to undergo a body recomposition.
    I promise, you will look worse if you lose 20 pounds, and 1/2 of it is from muscle tissue.
    Muscle is not only necessary for metabolic health(burbing body fat, faster metabolism, etc.), but decreased muscle exposes you to greater risk of injury & disease's as you age.
    In addition, these weifht loss pills shrink the size of your stomach, and your appetite is greatly reduced, making it that much harder to put back on that muscle.
    If its easy, its not worth having! BS sells, but hard work does not. Seperate yourself from the lazy, and do the right thing
