I think the point is to show the effect of global warming and poachers etc. on wildlife and if they helped one animal it would make less of an impact, like war photographers
No, that's literally the conclusion they came to. And if poachers kill 3 rinos a week, and decimate a population, it stands to reason that saving 5 penguins, or 5 sea turtles, or 5 anything, will improve population numbers. It is literally our job to reverse the damage we've done

Many years ago I worked the night shift at a gas station here in Norway. Now, the way gas station works in Norway is that they sell your regular fuel, but a larger and larger source of income are groceries, snacks and so forth. I noticed that in the middle of the night after the pubs closed up, some of the people working in that business popped in to buy fresh bread and so forth. Usually I started prepping the oven a bit later in the night, but I felt that my returning customers ought to get something special as well. @@StupidNSimplesns Not really. What makes having to pay high taxes for public health care where you have to wait days if not weeks to get in better than paying less for insurance where you can get into a doctor on the spot if you need to?
@@masterofthechimichangas1306 You don't have to pay high taxes for public healthcare. You pay taxes for it but they aren't crippling like the debt you get into for medic care in America without insurance. A quick google search tells me that it's $285 a month for health insurance on average and in the UK the tax you pay is dependent on your income. If you earn between £12000 and £50000 you pay 20% tax. But the thing is, in America since the minimum wage is so low and the cost of living is so high, many wouldn't be able to afford insurance. So people end up stuck with ridiculous medical bills because they can't pay for insurance which makes them even more poor. And in America insurance doesn't even cover everything, so by the end you'll still be paying. I've seen people with bills of thousands of dollars for simply visiting the hospital for a check up or consultation. So yeah, I still truly believe that universal healthcare is infinitely better than the system America has. Everyone should be given access to healthcare without worrying how it will impact them financially. People driving themselves to the hospital because they can't afford to pay for an ambulance seems like a good example.

These jobs aren’t meant to be for people supporting a family. The truth is, many people would like free health care here as well. But foreigners have a warped view of what the system is actually like. There’s always stories where things like insulin are so expensive that people can’t buy them, which is terrible, but insurance always covers it if you have it.
