12v, 3.3, 28, -11, -0.7,1.8, 8.5.
the left side of the t com panel
the DEBuG2 point when the image is seen well between 0v
when the image goes black
goes up to 3.3v
any help or what to do so it doesn't go up
or what component would I need to repair?

आपने अपने टीवी का मॉडल नंबर नहीं बताया सबसे पहले जांच लें कि आपके टीवी के सभी वोल्टेज सही हैं या नहीं, अगर पैनल वोल्टेज सही नहीं है तो पैनल में कोई समस्या है।
