Cant stop watching roller skating videos. Its becoming an obsession. I got a pair and only been on them twice in the house so far.. i ate shit bigtime yesterday. Full on cartoon style banana slip, two feet in the air and BOOM... im not put off but holy f! i gave myself whiplash :') and a few bruises. Everything i had learned about 'make myself small' went out the window. Will get back on them again soon. With my safety gear on this time.. fs. Not watched this yet but i wonder are you still skating. Seems everyone got skates over the past two years

I've seen curly hair influencers mention (similar style) the orange one but I read many complaints about the orange color bleeding on to their bedding. i dont know if it will help you but, when i started using rollerblades i was scared af of falling, so i went as close as i could to the ground and started rolling around and i did lose my fear that day. probably because if i fell it wont hurt. but i still need to practice lol.

Girl my friend has those skates and I have impalas. Please put some padding in the skates you have. You don’t have a lot of ankle support at the top of the boot and your ankles are going to get sooooo irritated. You could use what Ballet dancers use (I believe it’d lambs wool? Could be wrong) just to get some cushion there :)

Tips: when it’s ur first time roller skating make sure to bend you knees and lean forward, start in a V shape and then push yourself slowly with the toe stop, make sure to pick up your feet as you go, bye pookies!! ❤

@@lucillekingg Yes I like them they were the silver and light ones I got they run well but they are more rolly like you can slip a lot in them which I don't like cause I already hurt my self once falling on my dresser because that's a surface I can ride my skates on because it's very cold and dark outside so I skate inside and I have carpet flooring I mean it's not that smooth it's a little smooth.

heyyyy! I would 100% recommend it! they are affordable and cute! although they are extremely roley (although i hear you can fix that with a screwdriver)... honestly I would defo recommend!
You have to have confidence and trust yourself and also you have to bend your legs a little bit,and glide your feet not pick them up like your walking or taking baby steps❤️

Always have a bend at your knees and lower your hips a little, it helps keep your balance a lot better than skating straight up and down

@@lucillekingg Yes I like them they were the silver and light ones I got they run well but they are more rolly like you can slip a lot in them which I don't like cause I already hurt my self once falling on my dresser because that's a surface I can ride my skates on because it's very cold and dark outside so I skate inside and I have carpet flooring I mean it's not that smooth it's a little smooth.

I just recently came across roller skating and im planning on buying a pair soon but almost all “good” brands are sold out of my size and the ones that arent are almost $400 which is definitely out of my price range, but i did come across the roller skates that you have on in this video, and i was wondering if you think they’re good? would you recommend them? heyyyy! I would 100% recommend it! they are affordable and cute! although they are extremely roley (although i hear you can fix that with a screwdriver)... honestly I would defo recommend!

I'm going to buy me some skates this should be interesting because I haven't skated since I was 17 and I'm 38 now lol 😂 I'm going just skate around in my kitchen and on the porch before I go out in the open my mind say's I can do it and it's still 17 but my body might say something different

Not bad at all actually. The only thing is that compared to my friends rollerskates these ones are really “rolley” but apart from that they’re perfect x

NEVER have your legs straight because you won't have balance on you're legs, have them bended it's easier for you to skate on the ground i would like you to begin in your house and then go outside because of the outdoor ground you will feel bumps and it will probably make you nervous or you can put your hands on you're knee caps here is a links that will help you :
