- After frequently getting asked on how I got my cluster swap to be fully functional along with the steering wheel controls, I bring you guys this video :D
In this video I explain how to use the tazer from zautomotive to enable cluster swap mode, how to use the missing OK button, and how to enable line lock/burnout mode!

bro you really one of the only people on youtube showing this i went through forums and everything i swapped the cluster into my 2012 300s and its a crazy difference but now its even better the fact the buttons work

Man when I try to do traction control and cancel at same time it doesn’t work. Multiple screens like to pop up such as service electronic stability control and tire pressure

you have to find one with similar miles or get lucky and find an exact mileage cluster for your car :/

Hey this kinda makes sense, i used my tazer enabled swap but still couldnt use buttons.. So next time when its plugged in and on ill use cancel + Traction to activate it right?
yes that should allow you to go into the cluster menu to turn on cluster swap mode from the cluster itself :)

If you swap you steering wheel to a new one would it work without doing all that
unfortunately no :(
Our steering wheel buttons communicate to the computer via analog signal. The newer steering wheel buttons use a digital type of input which (sadly) won’t communicate with the receiver it uses to do the commands of the buttons. You can still do the swap to have a newer wheel but the buttons won’t work :c

I have one question. I swapped cluster to my charger 14, but I don't know how to change units on the cluster to metrics (mileage, temperature, fuel economy etc).
I have changed units to metric on uconnect, but it does not affect to cluster, have you any suggestion? Maybe there is any option to do it by AlfaObd or Jscan?

Hey so I already did the cluster swap but I’m wondering if there’s a way to add the srt pages with the new cluster or if I need to swap back to the old one to do that.
So if I get the cluster itself, I would need the tazer to move thru the menus and enable the gears to appear right? And I’ll have to keep the tazer plugged in at all times ?

I removed the tazer to retune my car with diablo and now my steering control is going crazy and it is on cluster swap with tazer conected back in
How do you fix the milage range?
I plan on doing this swap soon, where’d you get the cluster from and do your miles carry over or how does that work?
i got my cluster from ebay and you have to find one with your miles or send it out to get rerogrammed

Does the gear shifts stay on the dash when the tazer is unplugged?
once you enable cluster swap mode yes, you just won’t be able to navigate through the cluster’s menus until you plug it back in

Hey so i cluster swapped my charger about 2 months ago and im having an issue where the coolant gauge on the cluster and srt pages is reading 225° fahrenheit, which is way too high but i used a heat gun on parts of the engine and its running at around 190° which is normal so do you know how to get the gauges to read the right temp after cluster swapping?
i get that too, youll need to swap to the srt stat

@@michaeljones7947 You’d need an SRT thermostat if you want it to display the correct temperature since the pages are programmed to read SRT temps and least from what i’ve read on the forums.
By any chance do you have a part # for that SRT thermostat? Or at least what year
My touch screen on the uconnect worked before the cluster swap and now the touch doesnt work
Mine didn't do that. Mine shows 1 letter that changes to whatever I shift to
mine did that too but i switched it to what i have now (in vid)

i think those are setting you’d need to enable with the tazer in the cluster
So am I the only one that it’s not letting me press the cancel/traction control button to cluster swap mode
Hey I did the cluster swap but when it is married I cannot put my vehicle into gear and the check engine light is in. Any idea why? When I was using the tazer before I swapped to a new cluster I didn’t have this issue

hi i just swap my 2013 chrysler 300c cluster with 2018 and i will need to do the same of this to complete my swap (cluster speed , rpm, temperature , gasoline, parking senzors are working and its showing tyre pressure on main screen now, but i see instant consumtion doesn't work and gear doesn't show) i cannot navigate yet of course, becouse i need to buy this first and activate cluster swap, the question is if i can fix everything with this ? thanks
cluster needs to be a 15-17, 2018+ isn't compatible

i don't think they've uploaded the cluster swap mode to work with years 18+ to be able to navigate

im sorry i didn’t understand your question, access to what do you mean? and no unfortunately you can’t correct miles with the tazer, you’d need to send it out to get the miles corrected.

what year cluster did you get? it has to be 2015-17 cluster and you’ll also need the tazer to use the functions.

youll need the old one to set it up first

you cant with alfaobd you need to leave the tazer plugged in to be able to use the buttons

i think it’s just the one tazer they offer for 300/chargers/challengers. The bypass they offer is only for 15+
Any update on the menu functions far as selecting which radio you have as I have gauge swap and when in the live settings on tazer I’m unable to do anything that requires the left arrow button on my 2013 ?
did you swap a newer steering wheel? to my knowledge the arrows are up, down, right, and back from 2011-2014. At least that’s how they are on mine and the homies

ah okay with that i think it’s because cluster swap mode is only supported with year 15-17 clusters. You got too new of a cluster :(
