I can hardly see the screen, I am welling up so much. This is truly a sad day for music.
The Everlys came from an era when three minutes was all that was needed to get the message across. And they sure got the messages across, in the most melodious, refined and direct way.
When their two heads came together behind the microphone, something very special happened. Their music always touched my heart.
Rock solid musicians, from a rock solid musical background.
    Gutted. Totally gutted.

I'm 70 and this song was my ladies favourite. We fell asleep to this kind of music. And got into trouble without doing anything. But we got past that and married and have five who gave us 15 grandchildren. Bless technology giving us the opportunity to relive our wonderful memories.
Thank you, but you really have to change your moniker. It really does make you just a bunch of shit faces.
