  • Hello and welcome to my vlog! In today's video, I will be taking you on a journey to one of the most enchanting and mysterious castles in the world - Bran Castle in Romania. Known as the legendary home of the infamous Count Dracula, this castle is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves history, architecture, and a bit of spooky folklore.
As we approach Bran Castle, the first thing that strikes us is its imposing and majestic presence. Situated on a rocky hill, the castle is surrounded by lush green forests, and the winding road that leads up to it offers breathtaking views of the Transylvanian countryside. The castle's turrets, battlements, and towers rise high into the sky, creating a dramatic silhouette against the blue horizon.
As we enter the castle, we are greeted by a labyrinth of narrow corridors, secret passages, and hidden rooms. The castle's architecture is a stunning blend of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles, with intricate stone carvings, frescoes, and stained glass windows adorning every inch of its walls. The castle's interior is dimly lit, adding to the eerie atmosphere that surrounds it.
As we make our way through the castle's various rooms and chambers, we can't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder. Each room has its own unique character and charm, with elaborate furnishings, ornate ceilings, and intricate woodwork. The castle's main attraction is the grand hall, with its high vaulted ceiling, huge fireplace, and massive chandelier hanging from the center. This room is the perfect representation of the castle's grandeur and magnificence.
One of the most fascinating aspects of Bran Castle is its connection to the legendary Count Dracula. Although there is no concrete evidence that Dracula ever lived here, the castle's association with the bloodthirsty vampire has made it a popular tourist destination. The castle's exhibition displays various items related to the Dracula legend, including medieval weapons, torture devices, and eerie wax figures of Dracula and his victims.
Aside from its association with Dracula, Bran Castle also has a rich and fascinating history. Built in the 14th century, the castle served as a strategic defense point against the invading Ottoman Empire. It was later used as a royal residence by the Romanian royal family and became a museum in the 20th century.
As we explore the castle, we can't help but feel a sense of intrigue and mystery. The castle's dark corridors and hidden passages seem to hold many secrets and stories waiting to be uncovered. From the castle's eerie atmosphere to its fascinating history and connection to the Dracula legend, there is no doubt that Bran Castle is a truly unique and unforgettable destination.
Before we leave, we take a moment to take in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside from the castle's rooftop. The rolling hills, towering mountains, and verdant forests stretch out as far as the eye can see, creating a serene and peaceful landscape.
In conclusion, Bran Castle is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves history, architecture, and a bit of spooky folklore. Its imposing and majestic presence, intricate architecture, and fascinating history make it a truly unique and unforgettable destination. So if you're planning a trip to Romania, be sure to add Bran Castle to your itinerary. You won't be disappointed!

Nice to see you visiting Romania, as a normal family, more and more rarely today, you are remembering me by the communist time, years '70 when we were considered poor but most of the families afford a holiday and the touristic area were full of people and a lot of children, another old fashion (having children). God bless you!

Yes the Castle is cool, but you missed the best part at Bran. The haunted scare house(it was in the fair, next to Bran entrance) It's a 15 minutes tour, you would have loved it. Also..there are cameras, who's scared can watch the screen from outside how the others get scared, which is fun too

As scary as looks Vlad Țepeș was actually very loved by the ordinary people, because he eradicated most of the crimes in the country by his ,, punishment " routine .He fought the Turks and put the nobility to work for him and hhe country..
Recommend a new show ,,The Ottomans" ..very educational
