අපි කෑම යවනවා අපේ සහෝදර සහෝදරියන්ට තැපෑලෙන්, ජපානෙට, ඇමරිකාවට. දවස් 14ක් විතර යනවා තැපෑලෙන් යවනකොට. කිලෝ එකක් යවන්න දැන් ආසන්න වශයෙන් රුපියල් 10,000 ක් විතර යනව. ඉස්සර රුපියල් 4000ක් විතර ගියෙ. Looks delicious. A useful video. FYI-Usually cooked meat needs to be refrigerated after 2 hours. Even in vacuum package, anaerobic bacteria can grow above 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Usually in the cargo area I heard that it’s quite hot. I may be wrong.

Very helpful to a biginner...when my sons left to university in the US I used to do like this food vacuumed but now I bought a vacuum machine from Daraz for just 5000 and now do he vacuum packing my self at home. It’s so easy n convenient.

Thank you very much for the lovely vedio Aunty. I think it's important to mention that some countries have very strict restrictions on what you can bring into the Country. For an example in Western Australia the Custom officers will confiscate all curry powder, pepper, poultry products etc. I was very surprised to see that banana leaf got escaped. It's important to increase the awareness among community whose planning to travel for the first time. Otherwise it's all going to get wasted. Also it's very important to declare everything you have brought in. Thank you 😊
Yah i was also surprised to see this many foods got escaped. I was wondering which western country allows to take such food items. To Canada we can’t. But when i was pregnant and coming from slk they let me take everything i had in my bag with no questions.

If it is clean and nicely cooked then it will never get rotten.
I too have sent cooked food to Montreal. It can be kept in the fridge for several days. Even if you want can keep them out for two three days because of rhe weather. Also there is a secret for it. We should use separete spoons in each curry when cooking and serving. Some are taking Lump Rice also.with them.

Dear Anoma, very interestingly I watched this clip. Very cear and excellent. I would like to share how I send to my daughter cooked food to UK. Direct flight 11 + door to door approx.15 hrs.
Meat & chicken chooka/sathay, fish ambulata, dry fish/sprats and salmon tempered, seeni sambol. Plus Sameeha's stringhopper pillau & Banana Leaf biriyani pkts. All this made/bought two or three days ealier and frozen. All packed and sealed in freezer bags and wrapped in cling film. All these go into freezer bags. No smells. These freezer bags/box go into a main suitcase with other stuff including clothes. Believe it or not when unpacking the foods packs are still frozen with no leaks! From Negombo to Colombo for vacuum packing & tinned etc is a hassle. Just thought of sharing this with you and your followers.

I do the same, from Colombo to USA .. some time it's more than 24 hrs. .my daughter keep them for about 6 months or more.. anyway thanks for sharing..I really like your Channel.,and have tried so many dishes of yours .
