    It's fascinating how most of these characters are already so well defined by their first appearances

      Little Fun Fact: This was merely supposed to be a one-liner because Bugs Bunny is actually referencing a Clark Gable movie, It Happened one Night.nIn the original scene, one of the actors is also eating a carrot while saying the line. However, because of how famous Bugs Bunny got, people started assuming that all rabbits liked carrots just because Bugs Bunny did.

    Some facts about these characters:
    -Porky Pig was voiced by Joe Dougherty in his debut, and until 1937. Dougherty had a real stutter so it would take hours to record his lines properly (and it would cost a lot of money). Eventually, Warner Bros fired him and replaced him with Mel Blanc.
    -Tweety was unofficially named "Orson" in his debut, and until 1947's "Tweety Pie".
    -Yosemite Sam was created as a substitute for Elmer Fudd, as people started to have sympathy for Elmer.
    -Pepe le Pew was named "Henry" in his debut.

      For those who are wondering about Elmer Fudd: Yes, there’s “Egghead Rides Again” where he’s bald, but he’s been retconned to have hair since “Daffy Duck and Egghead”. We can tell that the “Bald Egghead” from “Little Red Walking Hood” would be Elmer Fudd, because of his green outfit, as well as Lobby Cards stating that the cartoon features “Elmer Fudd”. His green outfit is retained as his casual clothes when he was redesigned and reinvisioned by Chuck Jones, and this design of Elmer Fudd was reinvisioned further by Tex Avery in “A Wild Hare”, by having Fudd be a henpecked hunter.
      Also, in “A Feud There Was”, Elmer Fudd’s name was shown on-screen, as he plays the role of a Peacemaker trying to stop a feud between two hillbilly families.

      @elleroy9775 7 дней назад +6

      @@k-CapoXXIV Very good point you make. In the “WFRR” universe, they all come from Toon Town and go to the real world to become actors...
      ...but also somehow implicitly let us see that they don't begin to exist until their respective creators draw them, or authorize them, or have them “copyrighted”. Two examples: R.K. Maroon says that Walt Disney owns Dumbo and all the actors in “Fantasia”. Jessica says that “...I'm just drawn that way”, etc.

      prototype, these two rabbits are possibly not the same, with the catchphrases what's up doc, but happy rabbit haves woody woodpecker's laugh, before his debut in knock knock (1940), a andy panda cartoon, what I was said, porky's hare hunt marks happy rabbit's debut , and a wild hare marks the debuts of bugs, as I said, A Wild Hare was the first official bugs bunny cartoon, yep, now you know what I said or no?
