It's a really wonderful and challenging workout. May I ask you to suggest some modifications if a box is not available? In the first exercise (squats) I stayed on the floor with the toes and the heel on the long side of the reformer. in the second one I used the sholder blocks like the final lunges. It wasn't the same but similar ... I really enjoy your workouts!!!!
