Nice my first car was my oldsmobile 98 I drove it for a few months before juicing it I wouldnt really recommended having a lowrider for a daily drive but some how I did it. Knowing how to work on then yourself helps
Thanks look through all the videos that's why I make them so people can learn feel free to ask questions there is a good chance I have a video that will answer any question you have if not i can probably make one
Bro you do some good work I got a quick question I have the same setup but I'm new at this. can you show a video of how you stand the car up on three wheel motion in park...every time I try I can't get the front end in the air..🤔
I dont have anything around at the moment to make a video but all you need to do if its chained properly is lift the front end up then with the rear end all the way down lift what ever side you want to raise you should feel the chains get tension and hit the switch a few more times and the car should tip listen to the sound of your pumps so you know when you are fully locked up you will hear the pump boog down a little
Another awesome video Dan, super excited for you on building a new shop I recently did something similar and was able to save big $$$ by contacting my power company for old telephone poles they worked great for me, I like the trusses try rustoleum turbo cans to save time
@@thecadillacdanshow8658 Question. I have 2 stress cracks on each window side upper corner. On my cuttless. What should I do weld or just Bondo and touch up with paint? Thanks.👏🏼👍🏼🙏🏼
@@thecadillacdanshow8658hey brotha. Gotta question. I tried finding that video you did on the trunk shocks on hulk. Do you still have that up?? Lmk appreciate ya.
I drilled a 4 inch hole in the sheet metal and used a tail light grommet for a semi I came across some that were solid and I cut a x in them so the cylinder could pass through unfortunately I dont remember where I got them because I was trying to get them again
Hey I really like your video. How can I get in touch with you? I wanted to ask you some questions regarding what you did. It’s pretty cool that you have that Oldsmobile.
I got a question when welding the bridge did you just weld the bottom side of the bridge and not the top bcuz you could reach the top to weld. Also the guy who installed my switches cut the front spring while still compressed to release tension.
@thecadillacdanshow8658 thanks for the info my guy. I plan on putting a bridge on my cousins car and was wondering if welding one side on bcuz that's all I can get to would make me look bad. I watch all your vids and gonna build AArms and everything else the way you do it.
@thecadillacdanshow8658 Well I'm in Augusta Ga, I have a 92 Brougham I would like to get juiced. And there's no shops around here at all. Plus I like the fact it's just you working on the cars. I read you were booked for a few months. You don't see that around here and I would love to stand out.

Yeah I want every set up to stand out. It's a terrible business move but for now I basically build cars for fun. I dont enjoy doing basic setups but I do need to get in the mindset of that's only what most people want to pay for. I have just been lucky to get cool customers that are open to adding changes
@@thecadillacdanshow8658 I wouldn't say it's a terrible business model, it's indeed what will keep you in business. If it's still fun for you to do, then you're on the right track. What size rear cylinder requires adjustable arms? The arches were the only stress points done? Nice work
I did the rear arches inside and out, a bridge and the front spring pockets 12s and up I do adjustable arms above 12s I do drop mounts
Why not black tractor paint for the trusses?
Get that POR.. paint over rust, it's more durable that paint
