For 2, Im surprised you didnt mention there *are* new seasonal items under the seasonal tab. Some are things we've never had before. Also SEASONAL EVENTS!!! You get DIY cooking recipes from Franklin, as well as new Christmas DIYs!!

@@AleGamer if you have the DLC, I got them doing Knox's (chicken knight) vacation home. After finishing, it was in my HHP catalogue and I was able to buy it from Wardell.
Luckily I have the convenience of ordering almost any new and old item from Wardell’s catalog, I of course still have to grind out houses, and there’s a daily limit of up to 5 items per day, but it’s fun so I’ll have a ton of poki in no time, I would love the castle parts to make one on my island but they are pretty expensive so that will mostly be a long term project.
The villager will always give you an item if your gift is worth more than 250 Bells! So I usually give them coconuts, and in exchange I get loads of cool stuff.
You said coffee plant and I immediately got hyped! I thought you meant plants you can grow, like farming coffee. Then I looked it up and it's just a furniture tree for your house lol

once you have 3 villagers, harv will talk to you about his photo studio. Visit harv's island by going to the airport, listen to his speech about the studio, and the next day he'll send you a letter to come visit again. The plaza will be open then

For Katrina's items she has to give you bad luck then you have to spend 10,000 bells to reverse it and the next day she will mail you an item!

If you speak to the teacher in your school each day they will give you a plumeria start too that you can plant on your island 😊

Also, at least 1 tree on your island will give you an item each day. Kinda tedious, but occasionally results in something cool.

Oh the Wardell feature is super helpful! Do u happen to know how many items you need to purchase in order to unlock that feature?
I have seen a few rumours, some people are saying you need to spend 120k but I haven't unlocked the feature yet so I can't confirm!
I've done 30 houses and spent more than $120k easily and don't have this unlocked...so not sure
