I almost wonder if it’s running off a variable frequency drive. To me the very start of the wind down sounded non-linear and not abrupt like a traditional wind down. Greta video BTW!
Just an educated guess, if there was the option on the speed of the playback of the video for 10x, this could sound almost like the wind down was doing a "Yelp" kinda sound.
