    Government control... I never learnt Māori history including Land Wars I learnt French etc. which had nothing to do with our people, I'm glad I know more now. You are right we are prescribed to learn pakeha ways..

    O`Malley is an activist with his own opinion of the NZ wars! His writings are just that! His opinion.

      No not opinions what he speaks is facts. The crown accepted it and spoke on it so I don’t understand how you can call it an opinion. Learn the history of New Zealand or save your comments for people who don’t know so you don’t come up looking stupid! He actually done the research unlike ignorant people like yourself 😅 and this is why learning the history is important. Learn before speaking on the topic maybe 🤔

      Um, he is a historian. His writings and opinions are based on the facts of NZ history. Your opinions are based on a lack of knowledge of NZ history. That makes his opinions worth listening to and your opinions not worth a bean..

      @@keithsymonds9323 Yeah his own history. There are many other books and historians that counter his claims but because of your lack of knowledge you are ignorant of this.
