This is the same one he streamed the other day. Run the plalist with the scnarios 2 each at double your normal sens and at 125 fov. Then play each scenario at your normal sens till you beat you high sens. It is a wrist and arm killer but will help with the speed for sure. This is the taken from AIMER7 routine that you cna find on his twiiter.

I'm not currently on my gaming pc cause of the holidays but the glowing tracking and clicking themes are form VT Matty's discord. When I get back I will post some screenshots of all my settings.

Why do you change your FOV and sensitivity at the beginning? If you do this in several scenarios it will penalize you, right?
Some scenarios are better at a different fov so you can see more of the whole scene. Same with sensitivity, static to switching will be different.
In game I would keep all the same.
Volume is a little low

This advice seems really good when you’re trying to raise your score/ score farm, but the advice doesn’t seem practical, like only hitting bots on their way down.
