The app will allow you to record for as long as you'd like, but the instant replay feature can only record up to 20 min of footage. (instant replays are for when you forget to press record and something cool happens in game) hope that helps! :D
Have you tried to locate the file path in, Nvidia Overlay, Setting > Recording > Videos: The video clips should be saved in that folder location, hope that helps!
