Almost a decade ago, I had found this wonderful alternate take on Wily's story - the rhymes, the flow, the emotions in your voice: it's all absolutely phenomenal.
Wow, this almost made me feel like I wanted to be on Wily's side. Shunned and pushed down until he sprang back to forcefully take what he believe he was deserved. Told a great story, you get stuck in it, even referred to the "Mega Man" as Rock, and added his sister Roll. Good stuff as always Ran, I don't think you'll ever lose your edge.
The chorus is so hot. "I'm Doc wily do not try me" that's been playing in my head over, and over. Love the 2nd verse so much, the introduction was on point man any first time listeners will know the deal. Serious random is serious. I just love your music man, us geeksta's can relate aka the cool nerds.

Man, when Ive got a rough day really on my tail, I just turn the speakers up and blast your raps, and it all melts away like there's nothing else but the beat. This makes me feel like a kid again, running through mm2 for the first time again. Keep doing what you do because you've got fans that can't get enough of it

You really seem to have a love for your supporters and after I bought your Mega Ran 9 album, i fell in love with your music. I've heard songs here and there and they impressed me but that album really did it for me. And your RNDM album is also really great. You're a dope rapper. Keep it up man. Much love -Caleb
At MAGFest I attended the interview/panel with Takashi Tateishi, the composer of most of the original soundtrack for Mega Man 2/Rockman 2. The interview was done in Japanese and was interpreted live, but it was still fascinating and you can tell he took VG music very seriously. At that time in the late 80's, single voice beeps and boops were still common, like with the games that used the PSG sound mode for the Sega Master System. Until the Famicom came onto the scene with multi-voice sound output, and composers like Tateishi who really knew how to create distinct instruments using the NES's fairly basic FM synthesis chip. The Famicom and it's strong library of first party and third party games advanced VG music as much as the Famicom advanced everything else in the industry at that time! Dr. Wily Stage 1 from Mega Man 2 was voted as the best track for any stage in the history of Mega Man series in a poll. I forget if the poll was limited to the classic series, or also included Mega Man X, etc. Anyway, this is a killer track, and killer adaptation! You paid homage to one of greatest tracks in VG music, and then you BUILT on it! Standing on the shoulders of GIANTS dude! Props!

The way you slowed the beat down just a bit and chopped it up just a bit... and the rap over it, that tells a story, makes the universe of a NES game seem real. I absolutely love it. It's funny how well reflected it is years later in the official story in Megaman 11, where Wily's dreams basically get shut down because Light's ideas are deemed a bit better by some uncaring committee. You can't really blame Wily, in a way, and it's sad to see his spiral into madness both here and there.
