    Don’t try this at home , these guys are probably at least 2nd or 3rd generation fishermen. Total respect. I hope they don’t have to deal with those conditions too often.

    • @danh9503
      @danh9503 Год назад +1

      As mentioned above, this is a daily occurrence but different levels of danger and currents etc. As this spot is when the river meets directly with the ocean creating a very powerful current mixture when they both meet together like in this video, the waves go absolutely crazy and will throw boats around like kids having a tantrum lol.

      Compared to a fisherman's job working in unpredictable,extreme weather coditions in tiny fishing boats,it scares the shit out of normal people.These fishermen have balls of steel.

      No mis niños si vieran lo que se sufre andar en el mar. Tu familia sabe que salistes a trabajar mas no saben si regresaras el mar lo miras un día tranquilo y cuando menos lo piensas tienes olas grandes y peligrosas yo cruzaba el mar de cortes de Mazatlán a los cabos a medio camino se pone la marejada muy fuerte y nos agarraba atravesado y si no me creen visiten Mazatlán y agarren el ferri a la paz o los cabos y hay me platican porque yo le daba la vuelta asta ensenada o guerrero negro

    Great boats. Skippers who know what to do but fish can survive under water & money is no good if your down there with them..

      I wonder why they didnt wait it out. Maybe an unsuspected storm coming, bringing seas worse than this.

    The bloke on deck at the beginning was playing the harmonica just like when the band carried on playing when the Titanic was sinking. What a brave soul.
