I’m still a Cloud/Aerith person since that was the first Final Fantasy I played and that one scene was devastating, but Crisis Core ending definitely is a close second on the devastation level which just shows how well the STORY was crafted AND they used the best graphics available at each time for all of them, and were 10 years ahead of their time with Advent Children. I shouldn’t have started collecting these Play Arts figures and reviewing them...it’s started a nonstop FFVII binge. LOL This is just amazing editing. Well done!

There's lots of good Final Fantasy stories/plots when you look at all the games and movies, but imo Crisis Core takes the cake. It captivated me from the very start, and in the end made me cry like a little baby. Very emotional and well thought out story. With interesting characters, plot twists, just everything. To this day it's the most underrated FF in the franchise imo. It was brilliant for its time but unfortunately never got the recognition it truly deserved...

Cloud is special, because he have inside him Jenova cells that make him more powerful than a normal person, so I guess it help, the Geostigma is also in an early stage on him, for more informations, watch the movie.
It good to keep the Great memories but u must always not think about the bad memories cause it can change u and make u hold on to stuff instead of trying to move on toward the your future.
I think you had been referring to mako poisoning rather than addiction, which Zack was able to overcome due to his previous SOLDIER conditioning while Cloud, who never made it to SOLDIER, could not :) it's pretty clear that Zack is, or at least was stronger than Cloud.. But I think what makes Cloud my favourite is how in the end, despite never having been a SOLDIER he was able to overcome the obstacles and to defeat Sephiroth ^_^ awesome characters though, both of them!
