Helicopter with EMPs? Reminds me of that police line I heard once in Undercover. It went something like, "We gotta take this guy down, anyone got an EMP?" Perhaps Undercover was planned to have EMPs as well

I don't know if this has been brought up previously, but the bike handling class may be a leftover of 007 Everything or Nothing. Console 007 games used EAGL for the driving bits and in that particular game you can drive a bike. Maybe it's the same for the snowmobile class, as there's a snowmobile in Nightfire.

The bike handling was there from a previous 007 game, and to my knowledge no motorbike model exists in game. To me that sounds like little to no time was put into making a bike for this game. They probably didn't have the time/budget to animate a brand new vehicle type just the player's use in a quick race, ad dropped the idea. The challenge series menu that mentions the bike was probably drafted up before the car list was final.

Kenji's RX-7 actually lacks a license plate as all the Boss cars do in the cutscene, as the Bushido characters are there on his Boss vinyl. Normally, the license plate in-game blocks the characters from view.

I think the bike was scrapped because when you get in a police chase and cops get too agressive you are supprosed to fall of the bike and not being able to use pursuit brakers for the same reason and would probably make players mad.

The letters on Kenji's RX-7 are part of the car's livery, so it's not a custom license plate. The plate actually covers the writting.
