ภัทร หนุ่มทะเล้น กากเกรียน และ ปราณ หนุ่มเนี้ยบ มาดคุณชาย ผู้ที่ถูกฟ้าลิขิตให้เป็นศัตรูกันตั้งแต่ยังไม่เห็นหน้า เพราะพ่อแม่เปิดร้านอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอยู่ข้างกัน แข่งกันตัดราคา แย่งลูกน้อง เกลียดกันชนิดไม่เผาผี ทำให้ทั้งคู่ถูกวางตัวเป็นคู่แข่งกันตั้งแต่เกิด ไม่ว่าใครคลานได้ก่อน เดินได้ก่อน เรียกพ่อแม่ได้ก่อน ทุกอย่างล้วนถูกเอามาเปรียบเทียบเกทับกัน
แต่วันหนึ่งตอนที่ทั้งคู่อายุ 12 ปี กำแพงความเกลียดชังของทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มมีรอยร้าว เมื่อ ภา น้องสาวของภัทรขี่จักรยานพลัดตกน้ำในคลองหมู่บ้าน ระหว่างที่ภัทรยังทำอะไรไม่ถูก เป็นปราณที่กระโจนลงน้ำไปช่วยภาขึ้นมา เหตุการณ์นั้นก็ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ของคนทั้งคู่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ภายนอกจะดูเป็นคู่แข่งกันเหมือนเดิม แต่ลึกๆ ข้างในก็ไม่เกลียดชังกันเท่าเดิม
จน ม.3 อาจารย์ให้ทั้งคู่ฟอร์มวงดนตรีด้วยกัน ทำให้ทั้งคู่ต้องใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้น
4 ปีต่อมา โชคชะตาก็เล่นตลกเมื่อส่งให้ ภัทร เข้าเรียนปี1 เป็นประธานรุ่นฝั่งวิศวะ ขณะที่ ปราณ เป็นประธานรุ่นคณะสถาปัตย์ โดยที่ทั้ง 2 คณะเป็นคู่แค้นกันมานาน ทำให้ภัทรและปราณต้องกลับมาตีกันอีกครั้ง เมื่อภารู้เรื่อง ก็วีนแตก ยื่นคำขาดห้ามภัทรทำร้ายปราณเด็ดขาด เพราะบุญคุณที่เคยช่วยไว้ ทำให้ภัทรไปขอทำข้อตกลงกับปราณว่าจะแอบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อหาทางหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้ทั้ง 2 คณะทะเลาะกัน ปราณเองก็ไม่ชอบมีเรื่องเลยยอมตกลง
ทำให้ทั้งคู่เริ่ม “ความสัมพันธ์แบบลับๆ” ที่จะเป็นเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช่ ศัตรูก็ไม่เชิง แต่บันเทิงใจคนดู
สุดท้ายแล้วมิตรภาพบนความขัดแย้งของภัทรและปราณจะไปสิ้นสุดที่ตรงไหน ความลับจะแตกลงเมื่อไหร่ พ่อแม่จะยอมรับหรือไม่ หรือสุดท้ายจะมีวันที่ความขัดแย้งคลี่คลายหรือไม่

Not every female character has to be an evil person who destroys relationship, Ink is an example of that.
Actually such dramas are the worst. Like do they expect us to enjoy it or what? I was tired watching "together with me" at how they made the girl into some toxic character that went outta the way to create so much of bullshit, the misogyny was showing. I had quit for some time because i couldn't find a bl that gave justice to female characters. I was literally thinking of dropping this drama if they made ink into a bad character but thank god. Drama fans need to speak up on this issue tbh. We want healthy characters for female leads so that we can actually enjoy the shows.

Ink is one of the best written female characters I've seen in a Thai drama. She's not petty or jealous, she's a well rounded kind and intereresting person.

You can really see in Pat's eyes and expression that this is the first time he realises that Pran's lyrics are about him. It truly was THEIR SONG, just like Pat had claimed when they wrote it in high school. That makes Wai's presence on the stage next to Pran - and in Pran's life overall - finally cross the line for Pat. Pat can't even be in Pran's house, not to mention be his friend.

very proud of Ohm in the "confession" scene with Ink. he managed to portray the complex emotions of telling Ink about his high sch crush on her and yet showing that his heart is now somewhere else, all without much dialogue. his acting has really improved tremendously since the cute boy in He's Coming To Me. great job there!

I really like how Ink didn’t gaslight Pat in his confession to her for the sake of the main paring of the series. She allowed Pat to take his time in telling her his feelings and showing that he is confused, rather than Ink just straight up telling him that he likes someone else
Yes! She handled it really well, pointed out what emotions she was hearing and letting Pat come to his own realizations rather than pointing him to the conclusion she'd already come to. Love her character.

The first thing that Pran does when his parents come is to look at pat, his only safe space.

Very well stated! I completely agree! Wai was easily integrated into Pran’s life after Pran got transferred away from Pat, but Pat can’t be in Pran’s life easily because of their family rivalry.
seems like pat was actually about to start crying in this scene. look at his eyes in 9:32, his eyes looked glassy, his eyes were shifting, his lips and jaw were shaking like he was trying to stop himself from shedding tears and that's why he left immediately after the song was done.
pat's feelings here weren't just jealousy towards wai, but he also felt mournful of the friendship he and pran could have had back then. their time was cut short and their last happy moment pat has held on is pran playing the song he made with him on stage, what's even worse here is pat and pran were never able to finish performing their song they have prepared. so seeing wai take his place made it look like pran was treating their moments as if it was nothing for him, he felt like he was out of the picture suddenly when that was supposed to be him in the first place.
(additionally, it could have been also that pat was realizing what the lyrics meant in this scene as well.)

My eyes is bawling with tears but my heart is happy to the scene where Pran is singing the song he made with Pat when they were high school. This scene is just so good especially if you read the lyrics. It perfectly resonates the event that lead through Pat's jealousy and Pran's unconfessed feeling to Pat.
I'd like to say how much I love the character of Pa, who is so mature, thoughtful and sorted. I totally love Ink's character. That is how girl friends actually are. She's also observant, understanding and smart. She can put two and two together very well, and could clearly see what the others could not. She is really very cool. Apart from them, Pat undergoes innumerous emotions when Pran is singing. At first, he looks kinda happy because the song brings about a smile on his face as it is their song. So he's smiling reminiscing their past. Then the emotion somewhat shifts when Pran is looking at Wai, Pat kinda feels betrayed here because it was supposed to be their song that Pran is singing with someone else. I've seen in live bands, there are always two to three people who are super close and you'll always see them interacting or looking at each other or little things like that when they perform. In this case, Pat feels he's being replaced, so he's upset about that. Another reason is the sad memory attached to this song as well, because they never got to perform the whole song back then and it was right after this performance that Pran was transferred. On top of that, he's anxious and confused about his feelings at the moment, and slowly starting to understand the depth of this song. So all in all, his mind is a chaotic mess at this point. Ohm portrays it so well.

After Pat’s confession, Pran finally realized that he and pat will never be more than friend/enemy that’s why the next day when he saw Ink he immediately ran away to give Pat and Ink their alone time and at 5:59 you can see him asked Pat about Ink with a smile that show he’s supportive of their relationship. He’s no longer jealous he just wanted to see Pat happy with the person he loves. That’s why after the kiss he was so mad and confused because all his efforts to hide his feelings were destroyed and Pat didnt even like him and now he couldn’t hide his feelings and pretended to be friend with Pat anymore.
Pran is such a precious character, he was about to sacrifice his own love and suffer in silence just to see Pat being happy with someone else, ugh my babie🤧
Thank you! I feeel bad for both, but Pran has been dealing with his feelings for years, then is told by Pat that he likes Ink. He realized he has to move-on. So many people are talking about how Pat is sad and jealous, well Pran has been feeling that way for years.

Pran's (Nanon) eyes on 8:18 just pierces your soul. It just shows how he's into Pat
Ohm is such a great actor, and you can see it in the scene where he is telling Ink he likes her. You can see it on his face that he is trying to feel some kind of spark for her, because he has supposedly liked her since high school after all. The disappointment on his face when he realises that saying all that to Ink isn't doing anything AT ALL to displace the feelings he has for Pran. The way you can see it on his face that he realises that the reason he can say it so easily to Ink is that he isn't scared (as Ink points out later on). He is way more scared/hesitant to approach Pran, and that sort of confirms it.
The first time I watched the show, I appreciated Nanon's acting a lot. Now that I am re-watching it, I can finally see just how good of an actor Ohm is too. They are both good actors in their own right, and each of them boosts the other's acting. Such a great synthesis of talent is what makes BBS such a great show.

I've been rewatching this series and two things really stood out to me at the end of this part.
1. Ever since the first episode we've been getting these little hints of what we had today: Pran going back up stage and playing again.
2. This whole episode Pat had been building up to this very moment when he says to Ink all the things he wish he could've said to Pran.
This is very well written, directed and acted. I've said this and I'll say this again: Bad Buddy Series just became my most favourite series of all the ones I've watched so far!
Ohm is such a great actor you can see all the emotions that he is feeling. Thie episode was so good

So in reality, since the beginning, he knew his relationship with pat was special, he knew the song was about them, he knew their feelings,,, even if it was all subconscious and he wasn't 💯 aware of them, he really knew all along......

We all know that Ink lied at the end. She knows exactly what was going through Pat's mind at that particular moment. But she's a good friend, so she lets Pat figure it out himself.
I'm about to get cancelled for saying this, but this is the series 2gether wanted to be, but with way better charisma and depth. The song's meaning to them is so cute and their flashbacks are literally killing me. Definitely a great romance series in general.
To be honest, because 2gether is getting so much hyped before its on air, i was expecting something great, but kinda disappointed after watching it. But now i didnt expect anything from this series, and yet i was hooked on it more than any other series.
