this game has some of the best-written characters in Star Wars. Kreia is such a deep and well-written character and Sarah Kesselman's performance as her voice actress just makes it perfect
100% agree. I loved Kreia's approach to the Force and overall the look at it from both sides. In most Star Wars stuff we get a solidly biased look at either the light or dark. The neutral look from the "grey" area in-between that Kreia sits in as your teacher/mentor/guide is probably what makes this my favourite RPG. I don't think there's a deeper character in any other game that I've played, but I'd love to meet one if there is!
@@anostalgiclemon7739 that being said, while she is my faorite storywise, I don't like using her in game, because she can only use one lightsaber. it's ironic, becvause I myself am one handed too (sort of). I still have both my hands, unlike her, but I can't use one 100%, actually barely. I prefer using Mira and Handmaiden as male and Mira and Atton as Female.
I've got to admit, if they did remaster this game as you've described, I'd probably never leave it. They would have to stay true to the original though, that's part of the magic :)
@@anostalgiclemon7739 same although the return of the cut content would only add to the magic tho such as the HK factory on Telos giving HK 47 more of a storyline and backstory, Canderous Ordo revealing that he knew and travelled with Revan, expanding the Jedi training of your companions to include saber forms and force forms, Lt Yima’s mission to expose a corrupt TSF officer, Suulru’s thief problem mission on Dantooine and a lost padawan returning Kaevee to the game as a surviving Jedi padawan on dantooine with the option of gaining her as a new companion, the find the Gand quest, adding Dustin Onasi as a crazed Jedi survivor in the tomb on Korriban and knocking him out before reuniting him with his father Carth, adding Dvakvar Grahrk back to the game as a Devaronian Jedi falling to the dark side after the fall of the Jedi order and loss of so many Jedi, add the droid planet M4-78 back further expanding the game.
I would agree with you there. I don't think I've ever seen any other game quite like this one, it definitely ranks high in my favourite games of all time.
Planescape: Torment. My friend you don't know what RPG is until you play that game. Not only does it have one of, if not, the best story of any rpg, but it has a shit ton of branching choices and dialog. Most people don't know about it because it was only on pc, but now its on all consoles, hell even on switch lol. I highly recommend it!
Hey, thanks! Really appreciate the kind words. I'll be back with more reviews eventually, just need a good session to sit down and record some stuff :D
Glad you enjoyed it! I also loved the first KOTOR, and would have enjoyed going back to play it again. Sadly, I couldn't get it to run after several hours of Googling :(

It needs a remaster like the first one is getting and all cut content being added back

I think this game may have the most dialog, and branching dialog choices I have ever seen in a game. It far surpasses modern rpgs in that respect.

I still play this to this day, always a tough choice but KOTOR 2 is still my favorite
I really hope the KOTOR remake goes well and they decide to do this one. Can you imagine a modern day, complete KOTOR2? I'll be in my bunk.
Hey I hope you come back dude this review is great I would love to see more content from you. Plus you have a great voice for it

Yes looks very cool :)
