- Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter) is first seen busting into a very large vault. Next, she is seen flying inside her invisible jet. This is probably the best best footage of her filmed in the jet. Usually the quality is very bad. Lastly, she takes off her belt & bracelets to become powerless, to appeal to Ishida (Yuki Shimoda), who decides to eventually help Wonder Woman. I thank God that I got to meet Lyle Wagner and Lynda Carter in 1977. I'm also grateful that we can watch these videos and remember the good old days.

@@glennszydlowski5987 when I met Linda she just got married to her first husband Ron Samuels so I had made a candle at a girl scout function so I wrapped it up and I gave it to her as a wedding present. He sent me a thank you note hand written by herself and to this day I do not know where it went.
@@joyfischer9682 Was Lynda as beautiful and stunning in person as she appeared in her prime during Wonder Woman? To be honest, I am always jealous of her first husband because not only was he married to Lynda during her Wonder Woman days, but he also then went on to marry Rachel Mclish, one of the beautiful, sexy pioneers of the female bodybuilding movement.

The invisible plane! What a concept❤
I love that while the plane was invisible you could still see Wonder Woman seated inside. I would think that would kind of defeat the purpose of having an invisible plane. I do agree with the clip poster that the invisible plane effects were usually very bad and cheesy.

I always had a thing for her hands. Whenever she would grab something and crush it or press against something like a car or truck to stop it, I always thought of the many other wonderful things those hands could do.

As an 8 year old child I loved wonder woman!
Those colorful shirts Steve wearing were a hit back in the days.
You can see at 1:59 when she takes off her magic belt how small her waist was during her prime. It also shows off how "puffy" her "wonder shorts" were. It also shows how tight her bustier style top was as you can see the fabric stretched around her mid section.

@@Zacman1123 I wonder if she has to be sewn into her top to make it snug enough around her body so that she didn't have any "wardrobe malfunctions" during action scenes. In "The Man Who Made Volcanos" during the scene where she uses her superstrength to lift the Russian agent when he tries to attack him, you can see Lynda's skin bulging over the top of her bustier top as she lowers him down. Lynda was a very fit woman so the effect must have been because of how tight her top was pulled around her body.
@@glennszydlowski5987 or the episode where she guards the princess from the jewel thief, and she has to get the jewels by hanging upside-down by 1 leg and you can tell it was SO close to a wardrobe malfunction!! LOL!!!

Good that Ishida hesitated after Wonder Woman let him know that she was powerless after she removed her bracelets and her magic belt while reasoning with him to convince him that she didn't kill his older brother 35 years earlier. She said the right words to convince him that he was wrong about her.

A shame that after the 3rd episode of the show's 2nd season there wasn't another one to show Wonder Woman flying in her invisible plane alone or with anyone she trusts. A few episodes later there wasn't any more showing the amazon flying her plane in the series' animated opening.
For a second I hoped against hope that WW was going to take everything off.
It would have been so sexy if he shamed her by making the stitching/fasteners on her bustier to burst like they did in Zapped with Heather Thomas. Of course, that type of scene would never have been able to be aired on network TV.

It is the typical "superman" disguise. Diana has the same height, build and look like Wonder Woman but somehow just by wearing a pair of glasses and having a different hair style it would fool everyone into thinking that she wasn't really Wonder Woman. I would think that someone would start to wonder especially since you never saw Diana and Wonder Woman together at the same time. As the series went on, they got lazy and Diana started to not wear the glasses and had her hair the same as Wonder Woman but somehow no one made the connection (except for the aliens in that one episode).

You would think that Diana would just wear her Wonder Woman costume under her normal clothing. Can you imagine Steve's face if he saw Diana walking up to that vault door and tearing the thick metal locking pins like they were plastic?

This episode was early in the 2nd season when I am sure the writers were still trying to develop some romantic/sexual chemistry between Steve and Wonder Woman. As the series progressed, Steve appeared less and less until you didnt see him at all by the late third season.

Someone touched up the spin at the beginning of this video. Diana’s spins in this episode were a bit translucent and you could see the switch from Diana to Wonder Woman in the middle of the fireball.
