    71 32 200 T : the cutout at the jaws allows larger sections to be cut, prevents the wire from slipping and reduces the force applied. In addition, one of the handles has a tie for an anti-fall cord.

    Do you think these would cut a government trailer seal? The solid ones, not the wire seals?

    What is the one called with the offset lines and what are the purpose? I already own the non spring 8' notched kobolt.

      The pliers with inclined heads (15°) make it easier to perform flush cutting, for example for nails.

      Yes, very easily, the spring being simply placed on two cylindrical studs.

    What's the difference between the first (32) and second (12) CoBolt? They look identical...

      See at 1'35" : there is a notch in the jaws which makes it possible to cut larger sections and moreover by repeating themselves there several times (a first notch then sectioning).
