You can still do 40% with noob using his tournament variations, 113, teleport (mb), 113, b1 1+3, teleport. The 113 to b1 1+3 is a hard link up tho

Also: There is a way to prevent your opponent from breaking away. Equip Ghostball and whenever you're about to do a big juggle kombo, use Ghostball. It limits both meters to one so they can't breakaway. (Two extra bonuses: It's unblockable and when it wears off the meters have to regenerate. They don't pop back up immediately.)
I love the move, but it's not that good. For a skilled player; the Ghostball activates way too slow and recovers just as slow. Easy to punish and all you have to do is duck without blocking to avoid it.
