I liked watching you build this in survival. I learned a couple of new things - putting out the campfires with the shovel and how you did the ropes. I have a perfect place for this bridge. I'm not sure how I feel about the shaders. They are a tiny bit distracting for me, especially when there is glare coming off the water. Great videos. I'm a big fan.
@@MrMirror I think that's a good idea. It might be a little easier on the brain. Many shaders overdo that by default. I'm loving your videos. It's all stuff I can use and I enjoy watching you build it in survival. I like to pick up techniques from other builders.
To change any fence’s height you place three of any kind (normal or gate) next to each other and the middle one (or ones) will be slightly higher. Good for making arches
This is an amazing bridge! I may have to do something similar for a Village I'm building up. How well do mobs cross it? Do they avoid the unlit campfires or do they path across it just fine?
Mobs can walk over unlit campfires,I know this comment was (I think) 11 Months ago but it will do no harm. Mobs walking over Lit campfires will obviously hurt them.

Yeah for sure the shaders can be a little annoying maybe I’ll lower the sun flare a little might make a difference

You have to connect them to a cobblestone wall.

how do you get the gates to be slightly offset for the railings? those middle gates are not even a half a block higher than the others.
NEvermind, figured it out. Just have to use the wall blocks. Once you attach a fence gate to the mossy wallblock, they automatically reposition.
