Pt. 13 BMW E30 325i Driveshaft Rebuild (New Guibo, Center Support Bearing & Centering Bushing)

  • In this video we take apart the driveshaft in order to replace worn out guibo and center support bearing (CSB). All parts were still original and thus over 30 years old. We gave everything a good clean, replaced old parts with quality new parts :) I hope you enjoy this video.

    my e30 needs the first dust shield it jingles and makes noise when i drive on the highway. but i dislike working on the drive shaft on the floor.

      Yeah, if you can do it on the lift or rotating station just wait. It is very annoying to work under car when it is just half a meter above your face 😅👍

    hi
    did you really have to place a ‘mark’ on the shaft and spline when you separated the 2 shafts?
    So the balance of the shaft will be the same?

      Hi, in my case I have separated the shaft without marking. But yes it is recommended to mark the before. However, there factory paint marks. If you watch part 28 of my series @10:50 you will see those marks lined up before the shaft goes back in 👍
