I got both Aquaman and Charlie’s Angels for Gamecube. At the time my girlfriend worked at Kohls and those two were one of the few games she carried. I’m pretty sure she stole them and I still feel ripped off.
Big Rigs should have been on here, even if it only got reviewed by 6/7 professional reviewers. AVGNs review for it was great. It was so bad he broke character and was legitimately laughing at the "You're Winner" the pops up when you win.
2003 was also the year that Madden NFL 2004 won the Spike Video Game Awards’ Game of the Year. Yes, in a year that had Vice City, LoZ: Wind Waker, Freedom Fighters, Hitman 2, Max Payne 2, and Splinter Cell, the GOTY at the first Spike VGA... went to Madden.
Charlie's Angels is so bad, if you don't have a memory card in the Gamecube the "game" glitches to always restart the opening "level" after completing it.

The game allows you to upload your Nan's own personal doily collection to share with the world. Through Microtransactions you can unlock an assortment of super rare, limited doilies for Ashton to wear. Or you could use the doilies you've organized to purchase Ben and Peter. They don't actually become playable but instead based on your performance, a video will be created where they either praise you for your organization skills or shame you for letting Ashton, her Nan, your Nan and all the other Nans down.
It looks kind of like the Mucha Lucha game is running on the same engine as Alien Hominid GBA - that is, it looks like a cheap port of a free Flash game put on GBA as a cash grab. And it definitely doesn’t look fun.

Ultimate Battle 22 was not better than the live action Dragon Ball Evolution movie… They were both dreadful, but that game is one of the worst of all time.
Most of these weren't even considered bad for 2003. This is what you get when you trust reviewers instead of players. Just look at NFL 2k1 on Metacritic. A score of 97 making it according people like this channel, one of the best games of 2000. However, players gave it it a 6.1% or 61% since players can only rate a game out of ten.
I almost spent hundreds of dollars for a chip modded PS1 and an imported copy of that DBZ game. I literally discovered emulation because of that endeavor. Glad I saved my money 😂

Ultimate battle 22 was made in 95, my Japanese game is copywrite of 96? why is it on this list again? Ill say what I want to about dbz ultimate battle 22....only get the japanese version! That way we can be pedantic and love our game and have a reason why we don't play it. Gogeta is my favorite guy, but in English they call him Vegito which is of course the wrong fusion. I have 2 of those games, one unopened and the other open, can't play without a special play station or with the gold coil. of course there is no story which is why people didn't like it. But as a child on the spectrum, I could play my favorite guy and level him! Most other dbz didn't have Gogeta, and there was no leveling system. So it was basically the same as the others but slightly cooler
