I’ve done at least 20 of those pumps. I’ve gotten lucky a few times and haven’t had to change out the housing. Still much rather do these than the pumps on those gilders. See you’re a vendor for Estes. Much respect for you guys working outside. Keep up the good work
@dirtyassdieseltech6348 thanks so much for the Super quick response.....I parked yesterday afternoon at a truckstop and took a 3 hour nap....woke up to find coolant all over the ground smh With the fan blowing,it's hard to tell where it's coming from......it's not from the front....( radiator) I just got Rush in Effingham....waiting for them to come in.

Great vid thanks 👍
Well damn I needed to see the end
Made it to the end
How did you remove the pump housing? Mine pinch binds and can't maneuver it out
Does that new water pump and housing use the oring after all?
Nope. Old one has a thin one on the shaft, new one is thicker and just rides at the base of the shaft
Will the weep hole drip with the engine running or not?
Yes it will
Sorry. Only when the coolant is cold. The colder the more likely. Once it heats up the seals expand and prevent it from leaking or seeping
