Sorry its three years too late but we have just discovered this incredible album, I don't know if the chords are 100 percent accurate but this is what I play.
Drop D tuning
Intro/verse
D, G, D, A, D
Chorus (end of each verse)
D, G, D, A, Bm, G, D, A, D
You could just play this in standard but these guys play it in Drop D and let the low D string ring out on the D chord.
