    Picked this video as a refresher course for this stitch (has been a while since I used it and I forgot the multiples). I was so impressed, I watched the entire video. lol Very well done! Clearly spoken, explained and demonstrated. Easy to follow and understand. Thank you! Will now be checking out your other videos!

    Thank you so much Spicy Stitches! I am not a crochet-er, but a knitter. I only know how to do a chain in crocheting, and I've messed around a bit, but don't know how to follow patterns. It was very helpful to see how to make a single crochet, and even see the way you put the yarn around your fingers. I appreciate the detail! Making a net now for a DIY Spike Ball.

    Fabulous tutorial! I love your upbeat, confident and happy voice. :-) One question - after the intial chain stitch then first row which starts to make the loops; on the next row when you link in the chain stitch to the row below do you actually go through fifth stitch? From the video it looks like you go under it...?

    Thank you for this! Question. I'm using this to make a dress with vertical panels. I find that the panels stretch considerably from the length of my foundation chain and the dress ends up being too long. How do I account for this? It seems to be this stitch in -particular that stretches.

    • @MoonShookCo
      @MoonShookCo  5 лет назад +1

      ccraigwe Hi there, thanks for your comment and question. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about the stretch. The lends itself to being stretchy no matter what you make.

    Trouble with this stitch is that the edges/ sides of your work never stay straight. It’s best to secure that last crochet of a row into a stitch rather than the entire hole.

    • @MoonShookCo
      @MoonShookCo  4 года назад

      Hi There, will definitely try securing the stitch. Thank you.

    This is NOT a STITCH, it is a MOTIF! No single stitch creates the the results!
