Does the fact that you upgrade/build the inside of your camper, give you comfort that it will last longer? It sometimes feels like I don't trust the build quality of my factory built camper. I wish y'all would talk about those and other benefits of the runaway. Are the new sidewalls strong enough to hold inside or outside modifications etc.. Thanks for your videos!
All the modifications we made were to provide extra comfort and convenience. We have had our Runaway since 2019 and have had zero issues with build quality. Since ours is the "previous generation" we don't have any personal experience with the current models and composite construction.
I wish I could ask Paige (?) and Linda, who are filmed in front of (assume) their red 2020+ model Kia Soul. I have the same car and would like to know how it tows that RangeRunner. It's not rated for towing and has an iVT (CVT) so, not ideal but some say doable, manuf. and the warranty says no. Car feels like it has good power actually...

The weather was about perfect. Mid 70s during the day. Night was about 55 and 45 the second night. We did have a battery powered fan that we used the first night, mostly for air circulation. We were very comfortable without the AC.
My camper that I have recently bought had the life size big foot and big foots feet on the back of the camper. It is in this video! Crazy how the world works

Great job guys! Hey I was wondering if you are still happy with your Gheenoe after having it for a year or two. Are you happy with the raised control tower? Do you have any idea what I would spend for this years boat like yours! Thank you in advance for responding. We live in Daytona Beach on the River and thought it would make a great fishing boat!
We absolutely love our Gheeenoe. Joel loves the center console but it does make walking around a bit more challenging. Sorry, I have no idea what a new one would go for but we see some on fb being posted in the high teens. You can join Gheenoeholics on fb to see those posts. Last I heard they were at least a year out for new boats.
Joel is an excellent backer upper! 😀However, yes in general a smaller camper is harder to back up. Joel says that because you can see the camper (vs a flat bed trailer), it makes it a lot easier. Just may take some practice.
Looks like it was packed! Wish I could have gone this year. I finally picked up my Venturist a couple of weeks ago in Utah. I have to say, I was impressed by the end footage of pushing it inside the garage as it seems like there was a small lip at the entrance. I can’t push mine over the lip in my garage so I literally back my truck up until it bumps into the trailer and that’s how I get it inside. Great video!
