You’re blessed enough to receive only 1 year, few months jail time for DUI 3X. According to my spouse, a first responder within Fire Department, 90% of all traffic accidents they’ve responded to involved “drunk driving” taking other innocent lives. Other cases ran into trees, pole building or canal taking their own lives. There’s no justification for irresponsible driver under the influences. Driving is a privilege, you’re blessed enough the state you live in re issue a driving license to you. Losing your wife and kids maybe the ultimate price you pay for poor choices 3x.

A lesson for hmong guys because hmong drink at every event, every chance they get and drink way too much. But think about when you get caught and go to jail for drinking and driving will your friends or family bail you out or do your time for you? If I did ALL that i could as the husband to help n stand by her n she still refuse to help n believe what the doctors said, theres only so much a husband can do n take as well. We are all human. It's not the length of time you're in prison, the problem is that you never learned your lesson and kept repeating your drunkard behavior. Drunk driving is a serious problem. You put other people or a whole family at risk. Hmong people need to stop drinking from morning to night at every event.

I have always wonder why us Hmong people dont have organizations to advocate and assist "difficult" kids. It's a great thing you are doing!
Because these type of trouble kids need to hit rick bottom. It's the only way they'll learn. It's not like they have a disability or something. Nobody feels sorry for a bunch of spoiled brats with all kinds of entitlements and opportunities and still managed to screw themselves over repetitively. There are many other less fortunate kids in the world that would gladly trade places with the ungrateful ones here in the US.

Going to war is also by choice. When you can’t commit to a relationship, you commit yourself to something else. I wouldn’t marry neither either. Agreed. I was waiting to hear many years in jail but it only turned out to be 18 mos and she couldn't even wait. Not just that but she was cheating, so she got what she deserved. I'm glad she's regretting bad. It's not like he didn't change himself around that 2nd time.
