Seeing planets in VR is one of those things that is just impossible to replicate on flat screen. It is a unique experience.
omg! they added jupiters polar aurora's. that's such a cool detail that they didn't have to include. they really paid attention to the science on this.
This brought a tear to my eye at the end, I'm not scared of dying but I do hate thinking about the things I'll miss when I'm gone

Now THIS is what I like to see! The imagination is the only difference between making something epic and something average with VR. The creators out did themselves with this one. I hope it starts to move in this direction
I just enjoy seeing what Mixed Reality is capable of, it's pretty impressive, especially considering all the difficulty with coming up with controls that you can use without a controller. But the science stuff is cool too
I'm glad they showcased Voyager a little, the golden record (and plaque on the second one) is likely to outlive humanity and may be the only significant thing we'll ever do

I bought this game as my first ever MR game for the Quest 3 (got it yesterday). I also, had a dangerously low battery (just like Wolf), but I managed to put my charger cable in just in time to save it.
Pretty amazing tech demo for $10. Though it's just sad it wouldn't let me visit every planet in our Solar System. It's all limited to the story, which to me I feel the game is only worth $5.
If you liked this, I highly suggest playing No Mans Sky. Playing No Mans Sky in VR is absolutely magnificent!

Hey Wolf, I noticed the WoW chair you have in your office, I take it that means you are into MMOs as well as VR, have you taken a look at the 2 mods that take the biggest 2 MMOs into VR? Both World of warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV have VR mods that let you play them in VR, I have only tried the one for FF and I can attest that its awesome. Could you maybe take a look into them and maybe do a spotlight or maybe a few vids on some of these mods just to show them some love?

Though it's not a VR game, there is a similarly shortish game on Steam I really enjoy called What Never Was. I bet you would enjoy the game if it had VR support, A Wolf in VR.

I firmly believe there is other life out there. I don’t see how it could be possible from a purely statistical viewpoint for this planet to be only one to coincidently have everything go just right for life to form. I also believe the chances are pretty high that there are some forms of life we just can’t perceive because we are limited to 3 dimensions and can’t reliably examine higher dimensions than our own.

I played it when it first came out. I found it short and kinda boring. Underwhelmed to say the least. I expected more than what i got. For $9.99 i guess i should've known better.

There's really no reason for the mixed reality aspect of this game and it just makes it a bad experience for Quest 2 users. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
