21:04 Just so you know ('cause I think it's pretty cool), this is describing propositional logic. a ^ b means "a and b" (both must be true), a v b means "a or b" (either can be true), and a ⊕ b means "a or b, exclusive" (One must be true and the other false). This is probably completely useless information for you, but I think it can be pretty cool sometimes since it can help you solve logic problems.
