  • In this video, we're going to show you a Less Expensive way to do your home projects.
The Hercules Brushless Circular Saw, and Grinder are a popular choice for home contractors, but are they the right choice for you?
Many have tested these tools to see if it was worth the price tag and the results were surprising.
Not only is the Saw and Grinder 20 volt brushless, but they also come with a 5 year warranty on the Tools, …NICE
These, like most tools today come as "TOOL ONLY", but personally I like it that way so I don't get stuck with a lot of very low amp hour batteries, but that's just me.

I have the Hercules circular saw with the 8ah battery. It is a very well made saw and has plenty of power. I don't miss my corded saw. I would put it up against the big brand names any day.

I have Hercules tools and Bauer, I got the 71/4 circ saw for Christmas, I tried it out and hated it.the blade was on the wrong side for me and it cut out cutting a 2by 6 . I took it back without receipt and got the 61/2 saw and tire inflator which I like a lot.Not everything is great at Harbor freight but almost all my 10 Bauer and 6 Hercules tools are good for the price and I use the heck out of them.

Try them out, I think Bauer is the best tools for the home, diy guy I like my Hercules tools also but Bauer is best for the price easy to use very well made and more tools in the line up.

I do have some of the Bauer tools and like them a lot, I use them for around the house and yard, they work great. I use the Hercules for work and they stay in my shop and truck, neither tool line have disappointed me. I am phasing out my Ryobi and DeWalt's to expensive and not as good as Hercules, or Bauer, IMO.

What’s the run time on this??

    • @Prepper_Guy
      @Prepper_Guy  11 месяцев назад

I'm not sure on the total run time, I have used it to do lots of cuts but never enough to have to grab another battery...yet.
I am building and new deck so I will keep an eye on that and get back on that.
It is a beast for sure I did cut some large 6" deep lam-beams and it never slowed down, lots of power, I'm still very happy with this and all my other Hercules Tools.

Yes, sorry I will add that to the description but most low cost tools are these days.

Budd you can't say how good they are until you actually use them just because you watch a review on them there mostly paid promo 😉 like the drill for instance they showed it keeping up with the Milwaukee gen 4 fuel and in all reality it wasn't even close. Okay one second faster doesn't mean shit you're not in a race but brute power and warranty are huge factors this is why I have multiple of everything if one goes down send in for warranty and have spare DeWalt warranty is shit one year Milwaukee 5 year send it in get a new one with a new 5 year warranty! Flex call them within 72 hours ups is at your door dropping another off lifetime warranty might I add. But with that said you essentially pay for what you get and I just don't have any faith in harbor freight Hercules I've subbed and I'm truly sorry to hear they shut you're other channel down that's pretty shitty of them to sensor you and take your rite to free speech away this is why I'm not really trying to grow this channel I don't bs anyone tell it like it is and hate the channels that are scripted and promoted making junk look great

Agreed, I use the hell out of my tools but I am a DIYer so the truth is that they don't need to be the strongest, fastest or even bestest. I did mention that, and yes, I did take the reviews over my own test, but I also don't care when buying these "Under $100.00" tools, that way I can have backups.
My New 20 volt DeWalt Drill lasted 6 months and then started acting up, so rather than spend $150 on a new and improved drill I'll just buy 2 HF Hercules and save in the long run.
The Tools I use in my business cost way too much to have Back-ups, but these reviews are for the DIY Person.
I guess it all boils down to ROI, and the reasons we buy what we buy. I like that HF is willing to put their money where their mouths are and offer a 5 year no hassle warranty. Also due to the lack of service from Company A I chose to switch to Company B, and that means a whole new Battery Platform, so I went with the company that also offers a 3 year no hassle battery warrant also.
PS I Subscribed to your channel because I am A tool Junky and liked your input, Thanks.

Yeah harbor freight.... I ran Bauer but 2 year extended warranty u still save but hercules its automatic 5 years warranty. U take ur tool to store n they'll swap no questions asked. Im in Bakken oilfield n use power tools n me n my guys abuse the shit out of them but anytime a tool quits it gets replaced instantly.
