Mine did same issues with shutting off whole driving, I took it in to my friend who is a master technician and he said it was a 5volt source for the wiring harness, look into it it only cost me $325, and my Acadia has been running like a champ.

Hi, our Acadia has started having traction control issues. It went into limp mode the other day on me. 50 miles from home. Of course I’ve already gone through the timing belt slip and threw a piston into a plug. This 2012 Acadia has been meticulously maintained since I purchased it new. Never missed any maintenance. Put in a new remanufactured engine and it’s still having problems. What was your 5 volt issue in the wiring harness if you don’t mind my asking. My mechanic who is an ace can not trace anything. Thank you for any tips. Be Blessed. 🙏🏻 Oh and that motor was $6300.00 to replace, ouch. 😊
Problem: Stabilitrak off and brake system service warning. Solution: Change the (BRAKE PEDAL POSITION SENSOR) It is located above the brake pedal. Very easy to change it takes less than 5 mins. I has that issue with my 2010 acadia. The sensor costs less than 10 dlls on line.
Just fixed the same problem .. all there is is that the “steering position signal” is offset and needs calibration using an OBD2 device. The steering was set streight and the angle was read through the OBD as -356 in my case .. the mechanic reset it to 0 Deg and restarted the car.
mine did.. now its completely off and it stumbles when its shifting... their is no code showing up so the dealership has no idea whats wrong w/ the computer..
Råzôr Fenix my 2007 acadia SLT does the exact same thing. Brought it to two dealerships but no codes come up so they say they have no clue what is going on. Did you find a solution? Please let me know.
Damaluma1379 We ended up trading it in on a 2018 Pilot as we brought it in to the dealership 3 times, was told it was fixed, and still experienced problems

She was only showing what her car was doing. She wasn’t giving tips on the fix. My Acadia is doing the same thing. My mechanic is top notch and he can’t trace the culprit.
You’re not showing us where the button is we trying to see where the button is we don’t know where the control traction button isn’t you’re not saying nothing

Ua la lleve al diler pero nole ayaron nada la primera vez que seme iso asi la yebe al diler y mele cambiaron las bujias los cables aceite y filtro medijieron que tenia carbon en una bujia yla limpiaron pero seme bolbio acer igual
