Do you have a video for '02 A6 Avant REAR door card removal. I'm trying to get to my window regulator to find why the glass rocks back and forth in the same plane as the glass front to back and jams enough to activate the safety return. It seems as though there ought to be two fixation points for the glass, and one is loose, broken or lost. I have the same issue in both rear windows.
