If that previous episode wasn't emotional enough already, now we get this. As beautifully sad as it was, this was Okarin and Makise Kurisu's ultimate episode. Still, I refuse to accept this is the end. I guess we're about to find out what Suzuha meant when she talked about World War 3 coming. We're already on episode 9 of Steins;Gate 0 over on www.Patreon.com/Robinoyo. Go and check it out! Thanks for watching :)
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS, MY FAVORITE EPISODE IN OG STEINSGATE! It absolutely wrecked me, this one. So damn good. The voice acting in that victory speech, so damn powerful. Makise and Okabe are one of the best developed relationships I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot.
I don't know if you're aware about Visual Novel structure, but it's full of decision you'll have to make along the way Whether you reply someone text message or not, whether you answer or reject certain call, whether you visit some place will effect what ending you get The game have 6 endings, 4 bad endings, 1 good ending, and 1 true ending. Technically episode 22 is "finale" equivalent to the good ending in the VN. Whereas if you do the perfect interaction with all the lab members it will unlock true ending path which adapted to episode 23-24. So both ep 22 and 24 are finales 😊 In the VN, you won't get that post ending scene if you failed to unlock the true ending path
SPOILERS PAST EPISODE 22. About your point right at the end, I think you’re watching 0 now and know you’ve watched all of season 1 so I don’t mind saying, but Suzuka is from the current timeline. To set the scene for 0, this Okabe right here is the Okabe from Stein;Gate 0. The Beta timeline in which Mayushii lives is the world line in which time machines still get created, and Suzuka has just travelled back in the current world line, from the future. Steins;Gate zero is basically the story of the Okabe that failed to save Kurisu the first time, he thought it was impossible to save her without Mayuri without Kurisu dying add that to the fact he killed her, it sets Okabe into a spiral, which 0 tells the story about, before we see how that Okabe eventually finds a way to save her in the future and is then delivering the message from the next episode. The reason Suzuha is here is because even though Okarin’s part in the Time leap machine doesn’t happen, it’s the paper from Makise Kurisu which falls into the hands of other party’s who end up warring over the Time Machine.
The reason mayuri is destined to die in the alpha WL, imo is because sern is destined to become a dystopia that WL. The major event that is destined to happen is "sern becomes a dystopia", mayuri dying is just a consequence of that event. Its not that her death is the main cause of the WL shifting, its sern becoming a dystopia ruler that causes the WL shift. In which case, coincidentally causes mayuri to die if she ever was in that WL. think of it as there being a list of victims that die in this particular WL A and a new list of victim in WL B you can't change that list, fate doesn't allow you to, what you can change however is the WL so that mayuri isn't part of that death list tl;dr SERN Dystopia WL causes mayuri's death
Remember in the 1st episode that the "crashed satellite" or perhaps the time travel machine was already there. So, that means the 1st ep was not the og world or the best worldline that have passed 1%, and is not the one where time traveling doesnt exist. There might something happen before that worldline like SERN had felt the attractor field or something like that causing them to make a move to achieve time traveling; thus, ww3 happened and the time traveling already exists in ep1 which shouldnt have happen oppose to the world where SERN didnt catch any of the phone microwave radiowaves. Since you're already on SG 0 correct me if Im wrong tho, bc it's been long since I've watched this anime by details lol
No, the original worldline from episode 1 is beyond the 1% barrier--passing 1% means hopping to a new attractor field. Alpha and beta are attractor fields--there are many worldlines in each attractor field but all converge on the same results. In alpha, Mayuri's death and SERN's dystopia are convergence. In beta, Okabe sending the first D-mail and WW3 are convergence. The problem is alpha Suzuha had no way of knowing what the world is like beyond 1%. She assumes it will be better because she can't imagine anything worse than SERN's dystopia. Since Mayuri's death was convergence in alpha, going beyond 1% was the only way of having a chance of saving her, but there was no way to know whether or not her death would still be a point of convergence in beta. It ended up not, so that was lucky. But alpha Suzuha also failed to consider that the world might end up worse than SERN's dystopia, which is what happened--more people died in WW3 than under SERN's rule.
"... It's called 'Being meltdown', whatever the hell that means..." When the number 1.130205 hits the screen, it's at this moment one finds out. 🫠 Love your reactions and it's been a journey to see you reacting to one of my favorite shows ever. Thank you for your work and content!

When Kurisu said "I'm also in", was she trying to say "I'm also in love with you" or "I'm also in the beta worldline"?
bro dont forget to react to the movie!!
