Thanks for taking the time to post this excellent review - I had a Hilleberg Nallo 2 which was very similar but when it finally required replacement (after 30yrs or regular use) I decided to buy the Nordisk Halland 2 LW with footprint, which is almost identical but approximately 300g lighter but feels equally robust. Great Review! I just ordered Anjan 2 in red myself, I think that is a good choice for summertime hiking. I also have a Nammatj 3 gt, mostly for Winter use. Thanks for all hiking Videos 😀👍

Thank you for a review. Anjan 2 GT would be better for 2 persons and a dog. It has amazing vestibule and not that much of a weight penalty. It would take little bit longer (half a minute or so) to pitch as it has 3 poles. Is STAIKA review coming? I have a STAIKA myself it's amazing tent for motorcycle or bicycle touring.

The Arcteryx jacket is actually a Beta SL Hybrid. It like it a lot, though for backcountry skiing it could stand to be an inch longer. Also, if you read the reviews for it, some mention that the breast pockets somehow end up full of water after a rain. This really does happen, though none of it makes its way inside the jacket.
Hi and thanks for the review. I'm interested in how tall one can be in this tent and NOT touch the inner tent at the sloping end with the feet. I'm 181 cm (5" 11) and also use Thermarest long sleeping pads. You mentioned that you touch the inner tent with your feet in the sloping end, how tall are you? Thanks.
To be more accurate, the foot of my sleeping bag (WM Summerlite, long) touches the foot of the tent body. I am 6'1" tall. My wife is 5'8" and her bag doesn't touch the foot of the tent. Though my bag does touch the end of the tent, I've not ever had it wet out due to condensation, so it's never been an issue.
Way to much money for a tent after being a huge hilleberg fan , waste of hard earned money bought a nallo gt 3 years ago £650 now £980 ! Just human greed I’m fed up with it
me and my pooch lol you are clueless. Hilleberg like it or not is still just a small company. Everything is hand made and not mass produced. And all of this is produced in Estonia where wages are high compared to companies like MSR who produce their tents in china where wages are low. Therefore if you have a high wage labour force making your tents the tents will indeed cost more to produce, and thus more to buy. The way it should be
Yes they're very expensive, and perhaps could be a bit cheaper. But as someone else already mentioned, these are not your mass produced made in China tents. Every single tent is manually checked and signed by one of their experts which earns a normal living wage not 2$/day. You also pay for the name and what it stands for. Just as with literally any other brand on the market. Having used 3 different high end tent brands so far, this is by far the best and I'm happy to have spent my hard earned money on it.
Worth it for me I am afraid! Construction, design and materials, not to mention the second hand value. We need to support quality brands and not the cost cutters! A tent is a shelter and if you are going to take it into hostile environments then you want one you can depend on. Oh and by the way I love Arcteryx too. Tom

The Anjan will fit two standard, but not two wide Neoair Xtherm mattresses.
