Where do you buy your fabrics? They’re adorable. I’m going to go to Korea and I love to purchase pretty fabrics like yours. 🤗

Amazing! How about the type of paper you use? Does it have to be glossy heavy type? Or standard type?

This looks like fun! Thank you! I truly appreciate that you have both - imperial & metric - measurements. Makes it so much easier. I’m still looking for a metric ruler.

I have disabilities and use a walker. I love these but for my walker I have made a small fabric basket which is more stable. My coffee spills when I use these because it swings around when o stop, start, bump something.

Another tip: use purse clip attachments to make a removable strap and use thermal batting (just cut with scissors you don’t use for fabric!!!) and have a convertible coffee cozy AND the removable strap means you can loop it through things like those upper car handles or anywhere else you like, like a stroller or cart handle if needed. (Extra cup holding during a drive in movie, for example)

That fish fabric is so cute, I could die. Your method of marking the paper pattern, and then using that to calculate where to attach the strap? Ingenious! I can't quite see how you got the lining & outer piece gathered together for sewing the bottom edge, though. I'll have to rewatch that part of the video a couple times, I think.

I am looking for Christmas gifts …I bought some fat quarters and have no idea what to do with them. I thought of coffee cup sleeves but shelved the idea for now. Now…. I am excited to see that your version with the strap is great 👍. My friends can carry their purchased coffee or tea holding onto the strap in their full hands instead of the cup. So no need for the tray at Starbucks to hold 4 coffees ….easier to hold straps instead of tray.
I am going to make one and see if my daughter likes it .
Then she can make these for her GF. They still exchange Christmas and birthday gifts. My sons stopped that when they started high school.
Thanks for your creative ideas 🙏🏻🙏🏻 .

I'm a little late to the party. Sewingtimes, there is an easier way than contorting the cup holder.
I turned down the seam allowances on the top and bottom and pressed. Turned it right side out and topstitched around the top and bottom. The contorting didn't work for me.
