Nice 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼i ended up doing a 10spot power strip and also a negative 10spot strip for my connections for accessories only using 6 spots with relays , video’s on point 🤘🏼🤘🏼👌
Hell yeah thats awesome. I really dislike electrical work but this will definitely make it easy. This machines can easily use up all the spots 😅 and thanks the video is long but I'm sure it will help a few ppl.
@@GoTimeUTV sure will and yes not to many spots then it becomes a mess, migth end up doing the new Garmen set up instead off the switch pros.. question who built your cage sr, that look sik with the nets also
@@hectorgarcia9509 the garmen set up is pretty dope 👌. Fabwerx built my cage and they also have the option for the nets. They are located in California

I noticed you connected the main wires to the middle bus bar, it was my understanding the it had to be connected directly to the battery due to voltage drop. I just received mine so I want to make sure
Yeah, the middle bus bar has a direct + and an Acc+. The Acc+ will only have power when the ignition/key is on. If you were to connect directly to the battery your control would always be on. Since the install mine has been working great
I’m still in the process of installing mine I also noticed a start/stop sticker could I use a button on the auxbeam controller to start my can am? Similar to the switch pros

how did you hook up the pods, to the AUX switch, trying to hook up baja pods but i have red and black , and it goes into a relay and then they provided switch from them. trying to figure it out

@jrcid1337 oh okay well pretty much I cut the harness off before the relay as you won't need the relay anymore since the switchpanel comes with a relay built in and I just run a red and black wire to the switchpanel.
How does this hold up to the elements. Can it b hosed off to clean?
It does say it has a waterproof rating of IP65. I can say I have hose down my interior when I wash it but I try to no spray water at the electrical switches directly. My switch is still working great since the install 👍
Hey man. Can you do me a huge favor. I bought a different version thinking it did the momentary function but it does not. I already cut my on/off switch on the can am. I want to order the different model but don't want to hook it all back up. I just want to use the module itself. Can you measure the panel for me. All 3 sides. I'm hoping I can just swap that out without rewiring it all.

@@GoTimeUTV no, the actual switch panel. I bought the non momentary one. I just ordered the right one. I am hoping to just swap the switch panel out. Everything is thenexact same
I have the same auxbeam wondering how to wire my push to start, I know it has to be on momentary settings I just don't know what wire off the harnes is hot and where goes
@@fredarceo3062 you have to have the auxbeam model that has the momentary option. Not all models have them. It will be the most expensive one. Then you run the one wire from the controller then to the switch. Our can am switch is just positive connection wire. Once you press it, it allows the circuit to finish.

Don't remember why I didn't have it, usually when I'm dune riding I leave it off but can't do that here in the AZ trails

Where did you get those mounts for the back pods. They look very nice And sturdy.
I bought them from amazon. I took the can am out for a cruise and one was loose. Hopefully it's because i forgot to tighten them

Random question Brotha but are you able to wire a chase light to this? Most chase lights come with their own switch to toggle through the modes, wasn’t sure if the switch panel would be able to switch the modes or if you gotta use to stock switch that comes with the light
Yeah the strobe requires it's own switch to be able to switch through the modes
What’s up bro where did you get the window nets ?
I got them as a package when I ordered the cage. It came with cage,roof,doors and nets from Fabwerx

Yeah mostly all window nets have to be custom made. If you where to make the frame you can just take them somewhere to get the nets stiched on
Do you know what pod mounts I can use for a stock cage ? I’m also trying to use some pods as chance lights
You should be fine with running a universal mount aslong as it 1.5" to 2" in diameter for the x3

Question man! Since the pod lights came with the wiring harness that would connect to the battery. How did you end up wiring them to the switch panel?
I actually recorded a video on how I did it, but I didn't add it. I pretty much used the same harness but modified it.

Is it good? Also y comes with woofer?
Any light bar brand that you can recomendme for my shock mount tower I believe some fox uses 10or 12 inch
I've been using it for about 2 years now with no complaints. There is a kit with a woofer but I didn't get it.
For the front shock mount, I think heretic or baja design are the best brand ones
