That’s the truth . Now most of the BPSC rank holders are hardcore UPSC ASPIRANTS . The final contribution of just BPSC aspirants in merit list is going down . ICICI BOARD , 95% in 12th , GARDUATE from Kirori Mal College and final year law student that’s put him above 95% aspirants appearing in Pre. Many people will not believe but now Schooling and college life is the most important factor that helps you clear civil service exams .
Bihar board Students who are not attending Schools and colleges will just help COACHING CLASSES AND FACULTIES to earn in crores , they will just become the best source for revenue generation for COACHING CLASSES IN PATNA.
The confidence level of rank holders from GOOD COLLEGES is no match anyway . And after 67th even it is becoming harder for many people to clear PRE.

I think local language wala essay you can learn bhojpuri proverbs that are famous in maithili language from RUclips.
Everyday learn 10 proverbs and note down its Hindi meaning in a book.
And once you know the meaning of the proverbs you can continue writing in a philosophical type essay.
I did not prepare much for this part because I did not have much time and i knew out of 4 essays atleast 1 essay will be there which is easy to interpret from bhojpuri or maithili language.

For prelims-Do Eduteria+Speedy
Read The Hindu newspaper daily for only 30 minutes and make a diary of prelims specific pointers in a notebook.
In another notebook make a list of mains specific topics and cover them later from Vision IAS monthly Current Affairs Magazine.
Do not read the Editorial page if the topic is repetitive.
Do do not invest more than 40 minutes in newspaper.AVOID OVER READING.
Mains---For Current Affairs and International Relations -Do from Vision Monthly Magazine OR Vision Mains365 magazine.(Do only those topics from these PDFs which you have written in the Hindu newspaper notebook)
