By coiling. The braiding hair is curly so if you coil the ends it will spring and losen but the twist will stay in place.

I don't know much about this particular hair style, but my friend used a crochet hook and detangler once to take out a protective hairstyle and it worked great. :)
Works well for me too when I knotted my hair all up in a brush.

Don't give up! I think she had a mirror that shows the back of your head for neater parting. You can do it!
Trust me parting is the worst part, at first it’s going to be lean and uneven but just practice until it’s perfect. Taking this lesson for me too cause I’m barely at level 1 of parting.

Don’t the rubber bands cause breakage and too much tension?
I had my hair braided once and it was very heavy, painful and uncomfortable.
Do you experience any of that with you twist out?

It really just depends on how much hair you use and the length. The longer the hair, the heavier it is. Also, she used 7 bags for a more full look, but you could use less and make it lighter on your scalp

This is so pretty. Question, while you’re twisting do you apply more gel as you go? And do the ends stay put?
you’re def gonna need to add more gel as you go and especially on those ends. The ends usually do stay put but with this hairstyle it’s just a lazy twist so it tends to unravel usually from the middle. I usually just touch them up quickly every once in a while
